Bad Quality

Quality - horrible
Had these roller blinds for 3 years and they are literally falling apart. Just me and hubby in house so no kids - ripping them out tomorrow !

Received my blind yesterday

Received my blind yesterday, first time l have bought a blind online. Very happy with the ordering process, the communication when l thought it was taking awhile and fits perfectly. Would definitely purchase again.

So disappointing, no longer reliable!

I have ordered from this company for the last 12-15 years (approx 20-30 orders) and they have been absolutely fabulous: both quality and customer service.
Until the last order in July 2025, which has been an absolute disaster! It appears that there has been a change of ownership about a year ago...
The quality of fabric and workmanship is not the same as before, and both my daughter and I have had to reorder curtains because of problems with the order (both new on new builds and full house orders). I wish I could attach photos of a curtain with uneven lengths, numbers of hooks on tracks not corresponding with number of clips on curtains, no instructions for electric controllers, creases in folds due to careless folding after production, and so the list goes on. This is extremely disappointing as I have been a loyal customer and have repeatedly recommended this company.
I have now completely lost confidence and will not be using this company again!

Dont fall for Twist2Fit and SureSize guarantee

For installing into recess, renters etc may be tempted by the "renter friendly" blind installation. Dont fall for Twist2Fit and SureSize guarantee. There seems to be very little margin for error on both sides (the customer measuring and the retailer measuring). This is because the curtain itself doesn't have much leeway, and unless you want the whole heavy curtain to fall down when you touch it, you'll end just throwing it and $800 in the trash like I have.

Poor quality, sent wrong size

We ordered the Sofia Express. They shipped it to us in the wrong size. It took us ages to work out what the issue was, it was 3meters long instead of 1.8meters we ordered. After quite a bit of back and forth with customer service they said because it's express, to keep the process fast, rather than have us wait, they just ship us what they have available. I would much rather be notified they don't have the product I ordered and have the opportunity to cancel or at least not waste out time trying to figure out why it wasn't installing correctly.

It was broken, we assume it didn't arrive broken and this just happened as soon as we went to unroll it because it was 3 meters long and way too heavy.
In their defense, the response was fast from customer service but they didn't refund us the cost of them choosing to intentionally ship us the wrong product us - and we have to dispose of the item. I was disappointed by this but glad we got a refund for the cost of the blind.

Waste of time and energy. It's not worth the hassle or the expense, especially when in the end, you still don't have a blind.

Blinds online - please improve the experience and don't ship customers items they didn't order without reaching out to them. If I order a t-shirt express online, they don't just send me two sizes up because they don't have the size I ordered.

Incorrect size and poor quality

I spent $800 on 3 lots of blinds to replace blinds at my old rental property.

Not only did they come the incorrect size they are also of very poor quality and look cheap. The owner was not happy and wouldn’t accept them.

I have tried to return them as they are in the incorrect size and it has been a complete nightmare.

Do not waste your time or money! Learn from my $800 mistake!!

The blinds themselves are fine the motors are useless and the staff have no idea.

The blinds themselves are fine. Be careful with the ordering process it's unclear when ordering faster deliver that you can't customise certain things.

Don't bother with the motors, they're atrocious, the app is aweful. It gives you options for "automation and programs" but this is only activated if your device is connected to the blinds which is impossible because they're Bluetooth and not wifi, good luck if your blinds are in different rooms or if you're not home. It might work if you never need your phone and can leave it somewhere in the house that's close enough to Bluetooth to all your blinds otherwise you will never connect to them all at the same time so what's the point.

I asked for a refund and return which they agreed but only after I sent back the motors. They said they would send me manual rollers that never arrived. And the staff had no idea how to help me or really even understand why the app doesn't work.

Very frustrating and ridiculous design

Stay away from their venetian blinds

I ordered venetian blinds and the quality was shocking. The machining was so poor, the paint chipped and cracked over many slats, the metal casing at the top was dented and had ragged edges, and all the slats were ragged on the ends. The fixings on the pelmet were falling off in the box. Twice they remade them for me, and finally agreed to inspect the blinds in their office for quality control. They admitted that the blinds were not satisfactory enough to send to me. Up to this point the customer service was fine (even if quite slow), however as soon as I said I wanted a refund there was no reply. Do not recommend for venetian blinds. Funnily, I had roman blinds on the same order which were great!

Blinds Online total blockout.

Had a total blockout for child's room made with Blinds online. Very easy to order, delivery time was reasonable, fitting was easy, even though they sent no installation instructions. No tools required, excellent product.

Horrible experience

Horrendous. Paid $800 but the website was confusing when entering dimensions which resulted in an error (I was happy to admit my fault, they sent me a copy paste reply with no sympathy or solution). Offered absolutely no assistance in rectifying the error so the curtains are a waste, won't even allow me to send them back to be adjusted. Just suggested I place a new order.
Support a small business instead who will provide product AND customer service. Honestly just the worst service.

Don’t bother no help when things go wrong

Don’t bother, won’t exchange even if you buy the insuranceBought a blind from these people. Bought the extra insurance. Blind doesn’t fit in the spot I want it to go. Won’t refund or return, only offered 30% if I buy again.
This is a purely online business, this must happy all the time.
It is ridiculous there is no mechanism in place to sort this out.
I spent over $500 on this blind and now have to throw it out.
Don’t use these guys, they are terrible. Website is awful and confusing. Not user friendly with information hidden so you can’t see everything you need at once.

Blindes Online are the best for all your window covering

Once again Blindes Online are the best online store to go for Suncreens, roller blinds & roman blinds. Made to measure for your size windows. Quick with final cost and you can order 10 samples at no cost. I have only use this method for at least 20 odd years.
Beautiful blinds that cut out the middle man.
