We were extremely happy with our solar and heat pump installation from Boxergy. We found Ben and his team to be straightforward to deal with and everything promised was delivered. Like most people we needed information on the subject rather than pushy salespeople and Boxergy were able to provide answers every step of the way. They also went over and above on a couple occasions because they see the customer as a long term relationship. I’ve purposely waited a few months to see how effective the solar and heat pump would be and have to say I’m really impressed

Adam came to do our first ASHP service today. He was fantastic at completing the work, finding any issues from the previous installer and providing guidance on how to resolve any issues. Brilliant service

I took my time to choose who I wanted to install my solar panels and batteries. I looked at about 15 companies requesting quotes with several attending to conduct a survey before providing an accurate quote. Just like most people I done my due diligence reviewing the price, information provided by the company that ilincluded the equipment they would use. I looked at the reviews provided by other customers before making my choice. I met with Siobhan who listened to what I wanted and provided a package that best suited my needs. We spoke on a regular basis, as she kept me up to date with my options as I requested a tweak to the package. This was done quickly by Siobhan and a revised quote was provided very quickly.
On the day of the install the team arrived on time, looking very professional. As soon as they arrived, they introduced themselves and informed me what they would be doing. These updates continued throughout the day. The electrician was excellent also. We had a chat about what I would like, offering his professional thoughts on the install. I looked at some other installs around my area, not completed by Boxergy I must add, and there were cables running over the roof in different directions. This was something I never wanted for my property. The electrician was on point and provided a great install.
I cannot praise the whole team at Boxergy enough. They have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. In the future I will get a heat pump installed, I will definitely be using Boxery.

We got solar panels, an EV charger and battery storage installed by Boxergy. Siobhan and the whole team were great from start to finish. Professional, friendly and efficient, everything was installed and commissioned within a few days. Happy to recommend.

Really happy with the experience with Boxergy. The staff have been totally professional at every step. They answer phone or email quickly, address issues straight away. I think the right way to look at it is they are big enough to do everything to a high standard and have great specialists, but small enough to care and take a personal interest in customers. The work in our house was very neat and tidy. We are happy with the completed installation.

Really poor experience with Boxergy sales team. I have no confidence in the information they provided yet they force you to make a financial commitment. Buyer beware

Boxergy were great from the start. When other solar companies didn't even respond to our enquiries, Boxergy replied quickly. Communication was good throughout and the team were very patient while we asked lots of questions and took our time to make a decision. Installation happened quicker than expected. We did have some issues following installation (hence the 4* not 5* review), but the team were responsive and willing to get everything sorted out. They've been on hand to support us as we've got to grips with the system.

Boxergy carried out the installation of our AS Heat Pump, Solar PV Array and Electric Inverter/ Battery storage system in October 2021, and the installation team were absolutely first class. I am indebted to Jim Laidlaw for his invaluable advice and assistance initially in the design and specification of the overall system, which included disposal of our gas-fired CH boiler but allowed the continued use of the existing radiators and associated microbore pipework with minimal alteration. The new system has therefore been in continuous operation for well over 2 years now, and has performed generally extremely well throughout this period. Whilst our primary reason for changing our heating system was, and remains, to benefit the environment, our house is now better and more efficiently heated than it was and our energy costs are far lower than would have been the case had we continued with the gas boiler.
Whilst Boxergy have provided us with annual servicing of the primary components of our renewable energy system, more recently they have introduced various comprehensive service plans, including their Premium Service Plan, which we have now taken up, and I would like to thank Emma in particular for her enthusiasm, efficiency and determination to make the customer experience an excellent one. It is most encouraging to see Boxergy now focusing, helped by the introduction of their service plans, on ongoing customer service aspects.

I commissioned Boxergy to installs PV, Batteries and ASHP on my property. Although there were delays in being able to source the invertor and Batteries I specified I was kept informed and up to date along the way. Upon commencement of installation the worth was competent, tidy and carried out as quickly as possible to reduce disruption in our household. Boxergy have been on hand to answer and deal with any queries I have had pre and post installation and their teams both office and installation based have been very knowledgeable and helpful. The Solar and ASHP market is currently saturated with companies offering various prices and levels of service but I would recommend Boxergy to anyone, irrelevant of any cheaper quotes they may have been given elsewhere, as their knowledge and back up service outweighs any cost savings of some of the the other companies out there in my honest opinion

Great service from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with in the company was polite and helpful. The team that installed the solar panels and the battery were very thorough. We are noticing a difference already and would definately recommend having solar panels and using Boxergy.

The process was very straightforward with Boxergy. In some ways I was surprised by the level of knowledge each of my Boxergy contacts had. We wanted to add to existing panels on our new home and install a decent sized battery. The quote was specific and accurate, the work done on time and efficiently- even though it was Good Friday. We had one glitch on Easter Sunday- an email to their 'urgent' colleague was returned within a few minutes by a phone call. The installer was round and fixed it at 8am on the Monday morning. Since then, the system has been working y well with no problems. I would thoroughly recommend this firm.

Following installation of an air source heat pump and solar PV in Nov 21, Boxergy were back on site servicing the heat pump in March. All good and no issues. This is our first experience of a heat pump and it has been fantastic. Much quieter than expected, absolutely reliable, zero carbon, zero reliance on fossil fuels from global kleptocracies and kept the house and water beautifully warm through a harsh Scottish winter/spring. Plus, the 8kWh PV system has produced as much as 8k on good days. As a result, we are running the entire house and the EV off the sun for free AND being paid by Octopus for our exported electricity. This is the only way to go!

Boxergy carried out an annual service of our heat pump system. We were very satisfied with all aspects. The appointment was arranged promptly and the engineer carrying out the service was professional and knowledgeable.

Boxergy installed an air source heat pump, home battery and solar panels for me. They were very patient as we have an awkward house for installing a heat pump - we had limited space for the installation and required planning permission to site it where we wanted. I first engaged them as we entered the initial covid lockdown and they have been very good at answering my questions and helping me along this path. Now that it is installed I am very happy - they managed to order a custom built hot water tank for our old gas boiler cupboard and used some fancy pipework to get it all connected to the HP, radiators and hot water pipes. Everybody at the company has been helpful, courteous and fast to respond to emails. There were supply issues that delayed the process but that was understandable, and we waited a while before the solar panels and home battery were installed but everything has been in place for a while now and working well for the past year.
I highly recommend Boxergy to anyone interested in installing a heat pump, and would further recommend them if you wished to add on PV panels and a battery.
