Boxergy carried out an annual service of our heat pump system. We were very satisfied with all aspects. The appointment was arranged promptly and the engineer carrying out the service was professional and knowledgeable.

Boxergy installed an air source heat pump, home battery and solar panels for me. They were very patient as we have an awkward house for installing a heat pump - we had limited space for the installation and required planning permission to site it where we wanted. I first engaged them as we entered the initial covid lockdown and they have been very good at answering my questions and helping me along this path. Now that it is installed I am very happy - they managed to order a custom built hot water tank for our old gas boiler cupboard and used some fancy pipework to get it all connected to the HP, radiators and hot water pipes. Everybody at the company has been helpful, courteous and fast to respond to emails. There were supply issues that delayed the process but that was understandable, and we waited a while before the solar panels and home battery were installed but everything has been in place for a while now and working well for the past year.
I highly recommend Boxergy to anyone interested in installing a heat pump, and would further recommend them if you wished to add on PV panels and a battery.

Amazing service from start to finish. Guided me through what was at first quite a daunting prospect but explained everything clearly and in plain English. The installation team were phenomenal and set my whole solar panel system up in a day!! Special mention to Christian who worked like a total trooper and was very professional and polite. After installation has also been first class too as I've had to navigate home energy scotland, scottish power and octopus. Boxergy have always been on hand to guide me through the final stages of the process. Would absolutely recommend Boxergy 100%!

Boxergy provided a very thorough service from inception to completion. Easy to contact and answered all queries without delay. Very knowledgable at design stage and explained all aspects of their thinking with no issue. Rosie was great and kept us updated throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. Installation was more complex than anticipated but was, again, no problem. The install team took their time to get things right and it shows with the completed installation. Have to mention John Ozzie too who has been brilliant. Overall an excellent service and install.

The installation was quick, professional and well-explained. Some of the admin afterwards, less so - but overall a good installer.

Boxergy have been brilliant to deal with. Slick online process for the quote (thanks to John Ozzie) and regular updates via the really helpful Rosie Reid. In terms of the install, the team were brilliant, really helpful on the day and well informed about the equipment. Delighted and would recommend.

The system was well planned and despite the occasional stumble, well executed.
The system was set up in late December 2022; not the best time to judge how effective it was, so I have waited six months to fully evaluate.
The system was wholly designed remotely, from photographs which I was instructed to take and submit to Boxergy.
The team that Boxergy sent to complete the work were very good, working and efficiently to complete the job and leaving little mess. There was one technical hitch, which delayed the system's operation, which involved a return visit a couple of days later.
I would have given 5 stars for my review, had communication with Boxergy been easier. However it was over the Christmas period and I'm sure that made it more difficult.
The usefulness of the system has been good and the combination of solar, battery for off peak storage and a simple operating app have reduced my bills by four fifths.

Boxergy showed great attention to detail in designing us a solar and battery system, even updating the original design when an improved battery became available. The installers made a quick and professional install and made sure everything was working as it should. Customer support were extremely responsive in dealing with any (very minor) issues that occurred and the communication was always positive and confidence inspiring.

I asked Boxergy for advice on installing an electrical battery. I have a heat pump, but can't install solarPV, so wasn't sure I'd benefit. They spent time reviewing my electricity tariff and helped me work out the best charging strategy. I had specific requirements for cabling, but they found a solution and didn't charge for the extra time or materials. The communication was excellent and they have been happy to offer more advice after the install, which is reassuring and I'm saving on my energy bills

Boxergy were great from start to finish. John took me through teh avialable design and we had to tweak due to installation of velux windows. The installation went well and consideration was made to the recently installed new slate roof. Afterwards the system was checked, where there was an anomoly but this was due to the weather and the generation of the system, but the query was quickly dealt with and there was no issue, but the communication was great.
