Sold my nans house and used this business . They kept me updated on everything. The sale of the house went through quite quickly and the price was a lot cheaper then the rest of the company's i was looking at. I was dealing with Tabassam Amin. I could get hold of him when i needed him not chancing him. Very professional and very understanding when i had a death in the family. I would use this company again.
House sale started in February and was completed end of july but would have been june.

Fatima was great, buying a home is supposed to be one of the most stressful things a human can do, but thanks to Fatima it did not feel remotely like that. Can't recommend her enough!

Our experience with this law firm was one of the most unnecessarily frustrating and obstructive experiences we have ever encountered during a property transaction.

We were selling a house that had been built 11 years ago. This solicitor raised a succession of queries around historic planning documentation from before the development was completed. We were willing to engage, provide information (which we paid for) and do whatever was reasonably necessary to satisfy legitimate enquiries.

Instead, what should have been a straightforward conveyancing process became an obstruction which ultimately caused our buyers to withdraw.

The most infuriating part is that there was no fundamental issue with the property. The concerns related to historic planning conditions and documentation on a house that had already been built and occupied for years. Essentially, potential issues raised would mean no one on our development would ever be able to move.Ultimately, the sale fell through.

After investing significant time, money and emotional energy into buying and selling, we were left without a buyer because the process had been allowed to become so unnecessarily difficult.

Obviously, solicitors have a duty to protect their clients. Nobody expects them to ignore genuine legal risks. But there is a fundamental difference between thorough conveyancing and obstructive conveyancing. In our experience, this crossed that line. Sanaa was unwilling to seek out an appropriate solution.

A good conveyancer should identify genuine problems, explain them clearly and work with the other side to find proportionate solutions. Our experience was the complete opposite: delays and causing both client and seller unwarranted costs resulting in no sale.

I would never use this law firm myself, and I would certainly not recommend them. I would actively discourage this. This was also highlighted by our solicitors. We even consulted with the solicitors who handled our original sale who were quick to highlight the incompetencies that were raised during this process. We can understand a genuine query that implicates a client but this was out of time scale grossly
disproportionate. DO NOT deal with them.

Tayyub Amin, the Solicitor assigned to my case, contacted me straight away after I signed up to the company for the conveyancing of my property in Essex. Despite being in offices in Birmingham, Tayyub answered a few queries which I raised with him as the transaction progressed, by phone. As I made a few personal calls to him, he dealt with each one in a very caring manner, assuring me to contact them again if I felt it was necessary.
The company emailed me initially every few days until certain forms were completed by myself online. This was all very straight forward.

I have used this company on advice of an estate agent. My first experience was initially good until the conveyancer seemed to be absent for two weeks. This held up the sale to the point that it became unstable. I was then passed to a second conveyancer who seemed at first reluctant. However once we established communication things improved. Whilst there were many ups and downs the sale finally went through. Tabassam Amin pulled it through and he did the best he could in difficult circumstances.

Liked the online system the used, but twice they told us the incorrect completion figure. Then 6 weeks after completion contacted us for more money for some deed of covenant fee that we had not been made aware of at any point during the process. Totally unprofessional!

Dania Shuaib was fantastic from start to finish of our conveyancing process, she was so proactive in getting updates and chasing the other end who were quite slow and made sure things were moving.
