I must say Tayyub Amin who dealt with my conveyancing taking over from the previous conveyancer, was great! He replied promptly , addressed all the issues and successfully completed my sale. A lovely character to deal with. I had a slight glitch in the process when the original conveyancer disappeared and the whole communication was lost until my estate agent and the my buyer’s solicitor knocked on my door which gave me a concern with BRM legal.
This was resolved and it was a pleasure to work with Tayyub whom I’d give 5 stars for a great service!

My son and I instructedd BRM Legal to provide conveyancing services to purchase a 2 bed flat in Harrow. After a slightly shakey start, the case was moved to Sana Haque. We used BRM Legal for conveyancing of our residential house sale. Really smooth experience to be honest, and they have a good system that keeps you updated with progress. Our conveyancer was a guy called Tayyub who was really responsive to emails (pretty much immediately replied throughout). Definitely worth giving them a go, as they were also competitive on price.

I was very pleasantly suprised at how quickly and efficiently Tayyub at BRM legal dealt with our remortgage. I will be honest this has been the most efficient experience we have had with a legal company whilst mortgaging or remortgaging a property. If we do move again we will certinly use BRM legal again especially as best of all their price was very reasonable.

Excellent! I was unsure going with a remote firm for my property sale but they were VERY efficient right the way through. The portal is easy to use and speeds up communication. No waiting a week for them to look at your file when anything is happening they update you on the day and send out the documents needed. Everything went very smoothly and the price was very good. I would happily use them again.

I originally engaged BRM for the sale of my property. I had been intending to also use them for my purchase but was advised to go with the solicitors recommended by the estate agent. When I informed BRM of this, I was told that they would not proceed unless handling both the sale and the purchase. They also claimed that I had been informed of this previously. I had not, nor was it included in the welcome pack or in their T&Cs. This appears to be company policy but not one they choose to share with customers. As I had already been unimpressed by the communication from BRM, I have moved both sale and purchase to the other solicitor.

People usually say that you always have to chase solicitors! I'm happy to say that this was not the case with BRM Legal.
