We purchased an air awning, sleep pod and windbreaker from Camptech.
Easter weekend we were on the sea front on windy days. They all held up fine.
After the weekend we travelled to Perranporth for 5 days. The weather there was horrendous. Thursday night the wind picked up to 55km and hour. In our van it felt like we were being towed down a dirt track at 90 miles an hour. Panicked that the awning, pod and windbreaker were going to be found in another county the next morning.
We shouldn't have worried. Not one of the items had moved, ripped or damaged in anyway.
I would recommend Camptech products to have peace of mind on your trips.

Husband and I attended the caravan and camping show in Glasgow on the 2nd February, visited the Camp Tech stand and were interested in one of their all season awnings. We were helped by a lovely lady called Audrey and a colleague, who was also helpful. Anyway ordered it there and then, expecting to wait at least 2 weeks! It was delivered today, 4 working days later! Brilliant service, now to try and put it up! :-)

Do not recommend the Saturn 260 lightweight awning I purchased in October. Late at night an animal, probably a cat or possum, ran across caravan roof on to the awning fell through it. Either it is really poor materials or the awning is old and perishing. Either way I'm not really very happy.
Purchased a Count dl seasonal porch awning in february 2023 but had to await delivery, which I knew about, until April. When it came it was minus the storm straps, which were ordered at the same time, and were out of stock when contacted them, however they did arrive 3 weeks later. The awning was erected in April 2023 and had some very slight leaks on the stitching but after the awning had been wetted a couple times by our british weather the stitching expanded< Wethering they call it < and happy days from then on remained perfectly dry for the full season until taken down early October. The awning has not sunfaded unlike more expensive variants on the site. The external blinds are ideal to protect the windows and after 6 months erected the complete item still looks like new. The space is also terrific. We did fit the extra rear awning poles to keep the cushion pads tight against the caravan and fitted 4 storm straps to the clips provided and even in some of the highest winds it never flinched. I would recommend this particular awning to anyone
Purchased a size 19 have problem with water pooling on stub canopy the reason this is happening is because the Velcro fixing to the front bar need to be longer to hold it tight. this is a fundamental flaw in the design of their larger awning. But Camptech will not admit this and blame you for not pitching the awning correctly and will then try and sell you more roof and leg poles.
We bought a Camptech Caymen awning and have nothing but bother, firstly with the annexe we purchased, which we have finally resolved after we had pooling issues and had to buy a new set of poles after the annexe collapsed and bent the corner joints. We are now having a problem with the roof ploes in the main awning and the clamps not tightening to the poles they connect to. They are not staying in place whenever there is the slightest bit of wind.
After my dealings with Grantham Caravans and Camptech direct I do not have any confidence they will be helpful in tesolving the issue i am now facing.
This is the worst awning i have ever had to deal with and have yo say they are not fit for purpose. Please do not waste your money.
Purchased an all season buckingham awning(took 8 weeks to come). I have had it up 1 month and have had nothing but trouble.
I have ended up purchasing 4 more raft poles . Still it didn't stand up to the rain.(corner connection snapped)
Then reset it added 4 more upright poles and low and behold with some rain it did it again...
I purchased a Kensington awning size 15 on the 5th September 2022. We used it for the first time last weekend, 8th and 9th September 2023.
The awning was fine but I had a problem with the hand pump, it inflated okay but the dial wasn't showing the air pressure. I contacted the dealer where I puchased it from who were no help to me.
Yesterday, 18th September I emailed camptech and exchanged several emails with someone named Raegan. Today I received a new pump in the post.
Excellent customer service, thank you Raegan.
Camptech Airdream vision, Worse awning I’ve ever owned, initially the fabric quality looks good , after 2 nd time and not over inflating, one inner air pole bursted and created a bubble through the outer membrane, camptech replaced, now after 4 uses 3 other poles have ripped the membrane resulting in bulges in tubes, I had to resort to using duct tape to prevent them rupturing whilst away , also side curtain hangers have been placed in wrong place and are above both side doors , and roof cracks across awning joint to caravan and can see day light through it , very disappointing I’m going to be contacting the dealer today who I bought it off
After my camptech awning collapsed shortly after purchase. it’s been with camptech a month now had its inspection and I'm told it’s being repaired? I’ve been trying to contact the retailer and camptech all week to get feedback on the awnings progress and when I’m going to receive it back and have had no reply back!! I’m not impressed at all it’s been a frustrating process to say the least and I’m actually wanting to use the awning! To top it off I’ve had to purchase replacement poles at my own cost from the manufacturer inspection that has come and look like they’ve been used before. Produced pictures to the retailer and have heard nothing?!!

We bought the awning in March 2022 but didn't actually use it till July 2022, we noticed the waterproof coating on the door panel was cracking and splitting after it was up for about 2 month ,we work for a well known camping organisation and as we was working there was not a lot we could do,but I would not recommend and wouldn't purchase again

Camptech were very swift and helpful in their response to my query for resizing my Camptech awning. Although it is a service they do not do themselves they directed me to a brilliant firm who are doing it for me and I have every confidence in a good result following their personal attention. I would def recommend Camptech if you have any queries about Camptech products.
We purchased an camp tech Kensington air awning size 13 in July this year used it for two weeks in Cornwall in the worst weather we have ever encountered in Cornwall, torrential rain, high winds, thunder, lightening you name we had it the awning stood up to the weather, no leaks either from the rain or air escaping from the bladders - kept us dry and warm - easy to put up again in wind and rain (not recommended) and easy to take down. Good price for a decent bit of kit.

We bought a Kensington air awning early this year and like other reviewers we experienced problems with leaking air tubes, in particular the interconnecting tubes, several of which became detached and split.
The dealer we purchased the awning from, Ace Awnings of Cannock, was very good and replaced the faulty tubes immediately but my confidence in the awning was at a very low point! As a result I contacted Abbie in customer services and was dealt with extremely professionally, being offered a complete new set of air poles and new valves by way of an apology for all the inconvenience we had encountered!
Many thanks Abbie and Camptech!

We bought a Camptech Starline 260 air awning and it’s the worst awning we’ve ever bought !!!!! We did buy it second hand but it was still in its original packaging as not used and never even got out of the bag. After we put it up it rained fairly heavy and the rain poured in wetting everything inside including us trying to empty it !!!!! We bought some water proofing and tried that but it rained again and once again poured in !!!!!! Tried to contact Camptech both phone and email and not even had a response. We are now left with a useless piece of kit and well out of pocket !!!!! AVOID CAMPTECH AWNINGS

My camptech air awning lasted a total of 5 weeks before 2 of the poles burst. I have tried calling and emailing the company on several occasions and they have never replied or answered the phone. Custer services is none existent and product quality is questionable. I should have bought a Kampa awning.
