She efficiently arranged my endoscopy consultation with the nurse as well as my hospital appointment, making the whole process straightforward and stress-free.

The whole team at CHEC Blackpool were on point from the two ladies on reception, the pre-treatment nurse, the operating theatre nurses, the anaesthetist the eye surgeon, and the post-op nurse. The whole team did a great job and were thorough and pleasant to deal with. It was my first cataract op, so I was a little nervous beforehand but it all went very well and I felt fine during the operation. A+++

Emily organised my blood results and appointment. Took all the stress out of it.
