Always great when you get through and very helpful. But why does it take more than a half hour to talk to some one about a quick change on your insurance from a load car back to your car. Every time I ring it's a t least 30mins sometimes longer

My experience was great just because of Mauro Simões , he was a great help and not only that , he clearly wanted to sort out my problem, this guy is passionate about his job and even though the phone call had failed, he called me back ( which didn’t happen one day before , the call ended and the other assistant didn’t call me back), so that being said, give that man a raise.
