I had a problem with all my documents…
I had a problem with all my documents not having the same name as my double name on my passport , I got talking to a chap called Maro , who sorted it out for me , he had great patience with someone who would not be very computer literate , but he got me there in the end and sorted out my problem

Long wait but great agent
A very long wait of more than 15 minutes to speak to an agent but once I got through Stephen was very efficient, with a great sense of humour.

Wouldn’t waste my time with this…
Wouldn’t waste my time with this company. I got a quote paid I’d and thought I was insured till the next day I got an email asking for drivers number which I emailed back to them that day and now 2 weeks on they email me again saying the policy is cancelled and it’ll be 7-10 working days for money to return. Now left with no insurance and no money to open a new one. If they actually checked there email this would’ve been avoided. Called them was 18 mins waiting for someone to answer and they tried make me a new quote for double wat the original was. Very bad company

I had an issue which I needed to call the phone number about. I only had to wait a minute and the customer service rep Deborah Y.A. was very quick and helpful.
