Great Customer Relations
I received fantastic customer service from Adam McKiernan while sourcing a mortgage protection policy. He was not only easy to deal with but he was also incredibly patient and understanding. While the circumstances were stressful Adam ensured the lines of communication were always open and helped with any queries I had.
His persistence, knowledge and hard work secured us a policy and I am extremely grateful for his help.

STAY WAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!
I have been a customer for years. I need one document of them to be emailed to me otherwise my husband insurance will be invalid, I rang them 11 times today and documents department would not bother answering the calls... What sort of business is this???? Stay way away from them!

Took out a home policy with chill for…
Took out a home policy with chill for our first home. Had lots of back and forward getting everything right for the bank and chill were always on the ball sorting everything out super fast. Any issues we had were solved with a quick phone call. Thanks to Donough and Jamie particularly for sorting us out on an urgent matter today!
