The engineer that did the service was…
The engineer that did the service was very good and professional. He did the servicing efficiently and, as far as I could see, well. He also helped me to contact an engineer that was to give me a quote for refixing a cable link from my house to the alarm in my garage. Although he had given me a quote for what seemed to be a new system, which I did not need or want, in spite of frequent chasing via e-mail he did not reply to my communications. To date he hasn't replied to the e-mail which the servicing engineer sent him asking him to contact me. Could you help as my garage at present is unprotected?
