This company is unreal. The courier took my parcel to the wrong address and didn't turn up for ages. Cleanco sent replacement products especially when they heard it was a result of a win in a competition!!! The customer service is absolutely amazing, they couldn't do enough for me. Doesn't taste of whisky at all
Wanted a non alcoholic whisky mixer. Sadly Clean W tastes nothing like whisky, its way to sweet, more like rum. It's like drinking boiled sweets in lemonade. Tried varying the measure used, made no difference. I get tastes differ but this is absolutely nothing like any whisky I have ever tasted at all... This is way too sweet. I guess the answer will be its my taste buds.. it isn't.
Ordered 3 bottles to get free delivery, which was a waste of money sadly. I gave 2 stars instead of one because the drink itself isn't terrible, its just not a replacement for whisky, which is the point of it.

Our flavours are subtle and fragrant and that's why we suggest using a double shot serving with mixers. Clean W has a strong following of fans but we appreciate taste is very personal and subjective. The taste is not quite there
The taste is not quite what I had expected. It smells very strongly of caramel - not a bad thing, but unexpected in a whiskey drink. I don't think I'll buy it again. Shame, because I really like the gin.

Clean Rum recipe change
We previously loved the Clean rum, however, they have now changed the recipe and unfortunately it now tastes overly of vanilla. We won’t be buying any more.

Ordered nearly 4 weeks ago and still hasn’t arrived
**Update: After posting my review, I was contacted directly by CleanCo customer service and they confirmed that they hadn’t received my email queries and were very sorry for the mix up. They kindly refunded my order and sent out a replacement. I’ve yet to receive but happy their response and action**
I placed an order on 25th December which I know was Christmas Day so was expecting to take a little longer to arrive however, it’s been nearly 4 weeks since ordering and I still haven’t received my order. The shipping time states 4-9 working days and I got a shipment notification on 27th December to say that it had been sent. The last update on the delivery updates was from 6th January which stated it had cleared customs but since then it’s been silent. I contacted customer service on 13th January requesting an update on the status and again on the 17th but my emails have gone unanswered. Where I can understand some delays with deliveries this time of year, the lack of customer service and communication has been really disappointing.

Need to review delivery packaging
The products are wonderfully but it was pure luck that they arrived to me not broken. I ordered 3 bottles. Each of the glass bottles did not have the protective packaging on them and were just put into a soft cardboard package.

We're super proud of our eco-friendly packaging, in addition to a Flexi-Hex bottle box, there should also be a honeycomb sleeve around each bottle for extra protection.
