Excellent initial home visit with understanding of personal needs. Customer service was great when an issue regarding invoicing was not addressed fully. The attention to personal care is exemplary and the toilet works like a treat! The follow up visit to ensure all the settings were comfortable was an added bonus. Thank you for your expertise, one very happy customer.

The closomat is working well
The closomat is working well, but I am not using it now for the full disabled facility it affords (washibg & drying) since losing my wife. It is there in case I do become disabled.
The company has serviced it very well.

Day-To-Day Life Is Much Easier Now!
Personal hygiene is made much easier for me now I have my washer/dryer toilet. As I have become more disabled due to arthritis and various other physical problems…. the Closemat Installions is absolutely ideal for me. The installation process was both quick and efficient. Long time client review request
Closomat have been maintaining my bathroom equipment for many years and it is a vital service that I could not do without of the years. I have had a few minor issues with the equipment but the service is second and none and as someone with a physical disability that needs hygiene Help I would definitely recommend them.
