I won’t lie, I was nervous about sending off my console as I didn’t know anything about this company. But, I was kept up to date via email of when the courier would come, what would happen next etc. a few days after collection, I received an email to confirm all was Ok & funds were in my bank later that day.

Got a quote for my Oculus Quest2 which was ball park to what used ones were selling for on ebay. DPD collection arranged for Tuesday, confirmed as received Wednesday, confirmed as okay Thursday, money in my account Friday matching the quoted amount. Really efficient. Pleasantly surprised.

Great company, reading the reviews I was a bit cautious but decided to go ahead anyway. They gave me a fair price for the condition my PS4 500gb was in.
