It was finally received at nearly 8pm. Meant I couldn't collect items until this morning so had to fork out nearly £100 for accommodation. Have increased to 3 stars as that isnt a good start to business banking.
Extremely disappointed so far. Started my own company. Today I received my business loan from iwoka. I new I was getting my loan. Anyway, I used it to purchase stock from a very lovely person up country as I have purchased from her previously. I drove 200 miles or there abouts to get to her today and I sent her the money. Counting up failed to send this money onto the lady I had paid. Infact for absolutely NO REASON they clearly withheld the funds. I am now 200 miles away from home without the ability to pay for the items myself THATS WHAT I GOT THE LOAN FOR!!!! 200 miles from home so because of them withholding MY MONEY a loan they can clearly see is a loan they have left me stranded. With either having to complete another 400 mile round trip or take thre risk and pay for accommodation for the night but then the risk is that they will mess me about tomorrow too. This is absolutely disgraceful. I could understand if the money had come from a person and I was sending it to another as then it could look like money laundering nut as they can CLEARLY SEE ITS A LOAN FROM IWOKA this is simply unacceptable if they resolve it will change my star but it is looking probable that they won't be doing a damn thing today as they are now CLOSED!!!!

Having an account with counting up can get expensive if you are doing lots of transfers and withdrawals. And there is no phone number for you to call and speak to a real person.
Other than that though, I have no complaints. I have had my account for a few years now

Straightforward business banking, just doesn't have scope for much, no overdraft facility, no opportunity to save in different pots...but does however let you save tax separately. Not part kf the transfer service so can't just switch accounts have to do it all manually. I'm in the middle of doing this as I need an account that's a bit more flexible.

Bad customer service, no call support, terrible response time and after I provided all details they still hold my company money for no reason ! And even for 1 month !

I’ve used Countingup for 3 years and it has always been great. The couple of times I ran into issues, their customer support took care of it immediately. Highly recommended.

Countingup closed our account without reason, despite the fact that we had not breached any terms or conditions. Shortly after, they failed to return our funds within the 30-day period promised in their own terms and conditions. Instead, we were given vague excuses about an “investigation,” even though the full 30 days was sufficient for them to process the refund.
This delay has caused serious disruption and financial impact to our business. While Countingup has a clear policy to immediately close accounts if a customer breaches terms, they themselves have breached their own commitments by not transferring our money as promised.
Their repeated generic responses and claims of “internal problems” are unhelpful and do not address the breach. It appears they have no real system in place to resolve refunds promptly, leaving customers without access to their own funds.
We have provided proof and documentation to support our claim and have given Countingup a few days to resolve this matter. If the refund is not processed promptly, we will escalate the issue to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Financial Ombudsman Service, and pursue legal action, including compensation for business losses caused by their failure.
This experience has been extremely disappointing. Countingup is unreliable, unprofessional, and cannot be trusted to honor its own terms.
* The response below from Countingup, the team only email me saying no further information can be provided, and its over 30 days and still have not provided me my refund, now they are going to send the funds back to the sender which will direct send me the funds* the waste of time!!!
