I would like to give a shout-out to the customer service department. After my first order arrived damaged, they worked with me to get a replacement which came without a long wait. Thanks. As this was a cover to be used on an outdoor BBQ side burner, I would have expected the material used in it's construction to be a little more heavy duty or thicker. I appreciate the fact that this company allows you to customize the measurements. My cover fits perfectly!

I have purchased multiple custom covers over the years and the custom fit is always great, but this most recent one is not the same quality material. I just received my new cover in the same most durable option Cover Tuff material I always ordered and it is thinner now and doesn't seem as durable.

Super pleased with our cover!
We have a large generator mounted on a concession trailer encased in a steel frame open-sided box. We followed the instructions, provided the measurements and waited for it to arrive! It fits PERFECTLY! We couldn’t be happier!

More ill fitting than expected
The cover is more ill fitting than expected for a custom cover - too big all over and too long. The buckles used on the straps are hard to open and close. I’ve stopped using them because it takes too much effort to get the buckles open again.

I think working with the designer was great and the designer was very helpful in making sure on the measurements with me were accurate. We got it in three times going back and forth but the end result we got a nice product. I received my order yesterday and it fit perfectly. You put out a nice product and it shows. Oddly shaped cushions
I had 2 oddly shaped cushions for which I never would have found a replacement. The designer reviewed the picture and came back with more realistic measurements than I had provided. The end result was a very nice looking cover that fit snugly.

Highly recommend
The experience from beginning to end was easy and quick. I asked for a custom cover, gave the measurements, sent a picture and they delivered exactly what I need. The cover fits perfectly with room to add a post in the middle to create runoff. It is sturdy and waterproof and feels like it will last for years. We get a lot of heavy winds so added the clips which work perfectly. This was a great purchase. Highly recommend this company.
