One cover I paid $166.76 for was of terrible quality, it carries a 7 year warranty. After less than 3 years it is riddled with holes. It just sits on a table.I applied for warranty coverage, but COVERSANDALL claims they never received any of the documentation, and even after I emailed info 3 separate times and received confirmation of reciept.
They are playing games over $166.78.
They asked for my number to call but never did.
Products are bad,service is terrible

Extremely frustrating experience
My experience was extremely frustrating! And when I finally received my order it was wrong. I ordered 9 cushion covers, only two of them with cushions. I kept saying there was something wrong because the total was too expensive. Now I know why. I received all the covers with new cushions!
The quality is fine and shipping and delivery were also. It was just the ordering that was very confusing. No one understood what a knife edge cushion is. I had great difficulty understanding the customer service people. And I ended up spending about $200 more than I expected to. Am I happy with the results? Yes. But I don’t think I would do it again.

I was reluctant to order but I did, and it was money well spent. Fits perfectly and I have had it for months in the sun and storms and still looks perfect the navy did not fade at all.

This is my second cover from this company. Great product, great communication. I got the cover max custom griddle cover, which costs about the same as the big box brand. Quality and durability far exceeds what you buy in the store. The designer had a question about my submitted measurements and reached out to me before making it. Was delivered 2 days earlier than promised. My pool filter cover is 3 years old now, and still looks new. Great company

I received the order while I was out of town and returned today. When I opened the package I discovered it only has eyes in the 4 corners. I thought that I paid extra for eyes at 12” intervals but I am unable to locate the receipt for my order. Can you send it please?

Perfect fit all weather tailored cover for my bow cushion on my Boston Whaler boat. Looks great and will protect my very expensive cushion from the elements and wear and tear.

I admit that I was skeptical prior to ordering. I have purchased a cover for my outdoor kitchen,power burner, from another vendor in the past and I was very disappointed in the fit of that cover. I ended up keeping it since we were expecting rain and I needed to cover the burner.
When I ordered from Coversand all I didn’t know what to expect. I filled out the custom order sheet along with measurements and sent it in to them. A short time later I received a email asking me to recheck the measurements that I had sent in, I had sent measurements and photos. I rechecked the measurements, they were correct. I’m glad that they took the time to recheck my measurements and make sure that they were correct. Just for clarification, I also sent in a diagram with measurements from the manufacturer that did differ from my measurements. After confirming the measurements my cover was manufactured and sent to me. Perfect fit. This was not a big item and I’m sure it was not a big money maker for the company but for them to go the extra mile was amazing. We have patio furniture that we are measuring up to have covers made before the rain hits. We have also recommended Covers and all to many of our friends. Great customer service! Thank you!!!!!👍🏼
