Great experience with Covers & All! The ordering process was easy, the turnaround time was quick, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The cover fit perfectly, and the material is excellent quality. I’m very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend Covers & All!

Easy, clear instructions and description of product. Fast delivery. Product is well made, fits perfectly.

The product took longer to get here and thought from photos and write up that the seat would be more comfy then it is.

Mostly I am grateful to find a sunshade that uses a chain for raising and lowering the shade. Other ways just don’t work or break quickly. It was easy to order and came quickly. The ONLY disappointment no instructions. None. We were able to figure it out. (This isn’t our first rodeo) But it was disconcerting. We will certainly be ordering again.

The construction of the blinds are not the quality I expected. One of my blinds the seam that holds the weighted rod has already come loose. The outside edges were some edges finished and some not. For the price not pleased with the product. L guess you live and lern

Our cushions arrived on time as expected. They are made with good quality fabric and very comfortable. Big improvement over the 2"-3" cushions we had before.

I'm really pleased with the final outcome of my purchase. However, there were a series of miscommunications and escalations during the review process that required repeated clarifications. It was frustrating having to repeatedly advocate for common sense throughout the customer service experience. They were able to resolve everything for me in the end and the resulting products came out great. But I could have done without the customer service frustrations.

We love the cover for our small pergola. The material is very heavy duty! I wish I could have had the grommets placed in the exact spot that the "rafters" are set.

This was a complex design for a cover - L shaped outdoor couch, arm on one side. It fits perfectly. I would give 5 stars but the cover doesn’t pack back into its storage pouch very well, it’s too small. Otherwise- excellent product!

The ordering process was extremely smooth, there was one hiccup with color but the remedied the situation right away. The delivery time and delivery exceeded my expectations by miles. These folks have great service and know how to keep in touch without getting in your face like other companies will do. They were patient on my 2nd order with me as much was happening in my world. They hung in there with me and gave me the space to get refocused and finish the project. That meant something to me. Their finished product is excellect and on point.

I bought a small portable gas grill and couldn’t find a cover that would fit it. I found this website and couldn’t be happier with their products. Ordering was very easy and I couldn’t be happier with my new cover. The cover fits like a glove and includes a storage bag that is just as high-quality as the cover itself.

WHAT WE GOT: We ordered 5 custom outdoor chair seat cushions, and 5 back cushions. These cushions are GREAT! I looked and looked online for pre-made cushions to save money, even went in person (gasp!) to some big box stores, but they were all either an inch too big or too small, which mattered a lot when putting 3 of them side-by-side on the outdoor sofa. I was nervous about buying online from an unfamiliar company, but took a chance and now am VERY HAPPY.
MATERIAL: We upgraded to the Belenos material because I liked the Sumatran blue in the Belenos fabric more than the navy that was available in the Sunbrella. The Sumatran is a pretty medium blue, a bit brighter than navy would have been, so it doesn't darken our space like the navy would have. These cushions are for use in a screened-in porch / 3-season room, so I was not worried about fading but wanted a 5/5 softness like the Sunbrella. I did not consider the Olefin or Cushion Rite because part of the reason we replaced our other cushions was because the material was cheap and scratchy feeling. No thank you.
THICKNESS: Our old cushions were only 4" and terrible quality, so my poor 220 lb. husband would bottom out on both the seat and back. For the new cushions, given the much higher quality of the foam insert, we went with 5" seat cushions and 4" back cushions (the inter webs said the seat cushion should be 1" thicker than the back). Hubby LOVES the new cushions, says they are much more comfy and he no longer feels the frame. He also likes the softer feel of the material.
SHIPPING: I placed the order 08 August. The cushions were in production the next day and shipped on 11 August. They came via FEDEX from Gandhinagar, India, and were delivered 18 August to our home in southeastern USA. They arrived vacuum sealed in thick plastic, with another layer of thick shipping plastic over that. As soon as I broke the seal, they fluffed up. I just had to tie the seat cushions on and we were set. I did adjust the pillow insert on one of the back cushions that was not pushed all the way in the corner of the cover, but that took about a minute.
QUALITY/VALUE: I think we got a great value with these cushions. All the cushions are very nice looking and very comfortable. The stay-put ties (we only got them for the back edge of the seats) and welting are also very nicely done and look sharp. I tucked all the zipper pulls into the zipper seam so they don't dangle around, which just makes it look that much more polished. I will absolutely buy from Covers & All again if I need cushions elsewhere in my home.

The quality is amazing!
The material was different than I expected. I thought it would be more of a fabric. Will work perfect for what I need.
