We had to cancel a holiday at the last minute and I had a lot of foreign currency. I tried to exchange it back with the people I got it from and although they made a big thing about buying it back their exchange rate was a disgrace. In four days they were going to charge me £150 for returning the money. I used currency group on line and they were extremely helpful, gave me a much better rate, the process was simple and they kept every promise they made. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

I used COG for the first time in late August 2023, buying currency online for a holiday in October 2023.

I can honestly say that the whole process, from start to finish, was excellent. The process was easy to follow, intuitive, and fast (a couple of minutes).

We brought some currency back home, and used COG to change this back to sterling. We got a better rate than any other provider we looked at, and had our UK money back in our account within 3-4 working days of sending the unused currency back to COG.

The service was excellent. The delivery did take a bit longer than anticipated (it was due Tuesday but got delivered Wednesday), but let me be clear - this was due to Royal Mail NOT Currency Online. I only mention it in case you need the cash the next day; please note. I contacted the company for reassurance and received an email almost straight away confirming despatch which absolutely put my mind to rest. The service was excellent and I'd use again.
