My last dd was returned as I didn't realise I had another dd due that day . This was my first time happening to me and when I received an invoice for 80euro I was shocked to say the least . I rang Radius and spoke to dani who was lovely and has credited my account as he understood my issue immediately. I have been a Radius customer for years and have never missed a payment before .( payment was made the next day as soon as I realised what had happened). I'm not a business, im a home carer so I'm so happy Dani helped me with this. Thank you Dani again .

I have dealt with Dci for a good few years, In general they are competitive but since the Iran war they are out of line for their existing customers. I have email them on this issue but they were unwilling to change price. The local price here is 1.69 to 1.79 while DCI price is 206.57 . New customers are treated different

I had the bad luck to take out a few DCI cards which were constantly more expensive than the displayed pump price and on questioning this I was told I should be ringing in each week to renogaoate the price.
Considering I took these cards on the basis they'd be a saving on the pump price.
However the worst thing about this company is the constant attempt to up sell, vehicle tracking, dash cam, insurance and on and on

Absolutelly dreadful customer service
Absolutelly dreadful customer service. They contact you whenever they are looking to sell you something. When you try to querry the price for petrol which is well above the price at the pump the contact details in the email don't work.
Normally I don't bother with negative reviews, they don't repply to emails and even when they lower the price, it goes back to being way to high in a week or two.
