A very helpful chap on the telephone on…
A very helpful chap on the telephone on Friday 14th November located the item I wanted, a Burlington bath caddy, in the Deluxe warehouse in Dundalk and arranged that I could collect it from the warehouse the following day. This saved me a lot of time. The two men I spoke to in the warehouse on the Saturday morning when I turned up to collect the item were very helpful too. The bath caddy itself was exactly what I had been looking for.

Broken tiles received
A considerable amount of the tiles we bought were received cracked and broken.
Awaiting customer service to respond to my refund request
Edit: Refund paid for damaged tiles. Tiles unfortunately now out of stock so their original installation location is impossible due to not enough tiles. We will use them elsewhere in the house.
A disappointing experience and one that has delayed our project. Wont order tiles online in future

I had a really great experience! Emma from the Dundalk store was so helpful with exchanging my item for a different one - the whole process was quick & easy. Issue sorted but it took months
In June of last year I bought the Deluxe Portobello Basin Mixer With Click-Clack Waste - the tap is lovely but the washer rusted by May and nothing seems to work to get rid of the rust. I sent an email to complain about the issue in May of this year along with an image an was told repeatedly that a replacement would be sent. I followed up a number of times but no replacement ever arrived. Very disappointing and frustrating to be strung along on the promised of a replacement for months. Very poor experience.
Updated to three stars as I've since received a replacement. Seems like the complaint genuinely slipped through the cracks. Happy it was finally sorted.

We had a superb experience with Deluxe Bathrooms. They have an extensive range of stunning bathroom wear and Gordon looked after us from start to finish. We felt they offered the best value for money but didnt compromise on quality.

We are very sorry to hear that your free samples arrived damaged. We take great care in packaging all of our samples securely — each one is wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed to protect them during transit.
Unfortunately, when damage does occur, it is generally the result of mishandling during delivery by Fastway Couriers, which is unfortunately outside of our control.
We understand how disappointing this must be for you, and we will be happy to arrange for replacement samples to be sent out promptly. Please confirm the items you would like us to resend, and we will organise this for you.

Called to Cork store on more than one occasion, the staff were so welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. Our bathroom project wasn't straightforward, but after discussing options we chose product to suit.
