I had a really good experience with this company. From the initial enquiry through to delivery, everything was handled professionally and with clear communication, I dealt with a few people but Patrycja in particular was wonderful. Everyone helpful and kept me updated, and the delivery and installation were smooth and efficient. The sofa itself is excellent quality and exactly what I needed.
It’s clear they care about their customers and making sure everything is right. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them. Thank you!

i have been trying for 8 month to get delivery of bespoke bed from loki enterprises now dr mobily still getting same negative feed back despite being promised dilivery in 4 weeks at beginning of october still waiting so personaly this company is still unchanged

Waited 10 months for mobility to delivery 2 spoke armchairs. 2weeks for D.R to delivery, very prompt, right on time, cleaned up after themselves.Good.

Totally ignore all attempts to resolve any disputes and looks like they are about to change names again

My relative had an order placed with the Mobility Furniture Co, needless to say after seven months, no sign of any furniture. We wrote to their registered address and had the correspondence returned. We learnt that this company had taken over and after a couple of phone calls /emails, a few days later a full refund was issued.
I can only speak as I find, my relative found Carol and Julie helpful, they rang back when they said they would and raised the refund as promised.
I hope other customers receive their goods or money returned.

NEW NAME-SAME COMPANY:
DR MOBILITY = LOKI ENTERPRISES = THE MOBILITY FURNITURE COMPANY.
This company has caused untold distress to my elderly relative.
In March, she paid thousands of pounds for furniture which she was told would arrive within 5-8 weeks.
20 weeks later, with no sign of the furniture and no contact from the company, she tried to cancel. She was however persuaded to 'give them another chance '. But the new delivery date came and went so 5 months after the original order date, she went to citizens advice and was told she was entitled to a full refund because of breach of contract. However the company has consistently refused the refund - citing a 'bespoke' furniture clause, which is nonsense considering they never even delivered any furniture.
We are now in November, and they are still in receipt of over £3000 belonging to my relative and refusing a refund.
THIS COMPANY PREYS ON THE ELDERLY. THE PREVIOUS OWNER IS CURRENTLY IN JAIL FOR FRAUD. Says it all really.
This company claims to be part of the furniture ombudsman scheme - it is not and has been suspended by the ombudsman for not complying with their decisions.

Please don't buy anything from this company. Because\nThey will fraud you we have been scammed by the the other company , which were into liquidization four times they record the furniture mobility company. Please don't worry from this company.The Monarchy will con you and you'll never get the item.It happens of thousands of people.Please be warned.Avoid this company like the plague, they've just changed their name.thats all. Please don't wipe them.You get no item and be called out of your money.Please be warned

Taken over from the Mobility Furniture Company . The company that scammed so many customers . Still has the same company registration number as the Mobility Furniture company . Background info scammed many elderly people off thousands of pounds. Still same customer service which is have 0 contact with your customers

This company has taken over the order book from Loki Enterprises Trading as Mobility Furniture Company. Have a look at those reviews on here to see the current situation of scores of customers waiting on refunds. I have rung them twice now to be told they don't yet have access to a customer database. As of today they say my refund of £4414 has been 'actioned ' and should be with me in 7-10 days. I will update if it arrives.
UPDATE I have now been told they won’t refund me after all!? As I have it in writing I will be taking legal action to recover what is due to me.
