I queried why I was making two payments for insurance and was told that there were two policies in force on the same car. That was the end of the contact, no follow-up or reply to my reply asking for further information.
Obviously happy to take money but resolving issues seems a bit more of a challenge

I am considering changing my car and possibly moving to an EV. I contacted EMac and the advisor, Dan, was extremely helpful. He took the time to listen to the reasons for the call and was able to answer all my queries. Excellent quality of service.

After setting a service plan up on my car sold it early before it run it's term. So phoned up to cancel and was meet with a polite professional person who sorted it. Will use again when get another car

I was sold the paintwork and alloy maintenance plan by Motorpoint when I bought my car in mid February 2026. I was told I can call them put for up to 10 paintwork repairs and 4 alloy repairs each year. Sounded great! I was not given the terms and conditions so had no idea that any damage on one panel had to be within 30cm. If you have a scratch one side, and a stone chip the other (more than 30cm away) or if one scratch is over 30cm, you cant claim. But that's just a word of warning as that's not been my issue.
I have attemped to put in 3 sperate claims for 3 separate panels of minor damages to the paint work on my car from bushes. Baring in mind I've had the car less that 3 months at this point the damage is minimal.
2 of my 3 claims were rejected due to being "over 30cm". After I called to complain about the 1st rejection of a 3cm scratch on the rear passenger door near the handle, I was told it was due to damage by the wheel arch on the same panel, I checked, I looked at the photo, hmm that's a reflection, but they only let yoy upload 2 photos, one close up, one far away, so it's really difficult to get one with no reflections in. My appeal has so far been ignored.
Now knowing this 30cm rule I provided evidence in my next claim of the scratch being 22cm using a tape measure in the photo. When I rang to complain about it being rejected, I was told there was another, larger scratch above the one pictured, nope, that's just the lip of the boot reflecting light. So as advised, I appealed the rejection via email sending a new photo to show no other scratch above, and guess what I was asked to do!! I was asked for a photo of the scratch holding a tape measure next to it.... Just like i did in the initial claim. The team at EMaC have absolutely blown my mind in their poor judgement and poor customer service. It's absolutely not worth the hassle.
I'll add here that 2 weeks ago one the guys from Revive actually came out to see my car himself after the 1 accepted claim was passed over. He didn't do the work as he couldn't fathom why the rear door was rejected and he actually advised me to put the boot scratch in, then he'd come back and do all 3 at the same time. I'm still unfortunately fighting my case with it in the back on my mind that once any panel has more than one small area you'll basically never be able to claim for that panel. The longer I have to fight my case the more likey it is there will be another mark to actually void my claim. Which is totally unfair. So be warned and read the small print.

Georgina was amazing and really helpful. I had to cancel my service plan because I wasn't able to use it at the local Toyota dealership. I rang on a Saturday morning, and after going through security, she took our conversation as my verbal authorisation to proceed with cancelling my plan. Georgina explained the process and advised that it could take up to 28 days for the cancellation to be processed as some checks needed to be carried out. I received an email three days later advising that my cancellation had been processed and I would receive my refund back into my bank account within 3-5 days. Excellent customer service and quick resolution.

I bought a cosmetic and a tyre& alloy wheel maintenance plans . I kerb damaged one of my wheels , so made a claim , explained what happened & uploaded photos . Heard nothing for 2 weeks , so re did claim & photos ... Got an e mail saying they can't find my policy so I sent them a copy of mine .
Another week passed , so I asked for a cancelation .
Asked again for a cancellation again a week later .
Eventually is was told both policies had been cancelled and that I now need to contact the car dealership for a refund , which I have done .
I realy can't understand what is wrong with these people
No excuses , no explanation , no apology !
An absolutely dreadfull company to deal with !

I sold my car so needed to cancel my service plan, Emac were great...they cancelled this and refunded everything I had paid into it as I hadn't had any service. No fuss, no charge, no hidden agenda...and very polite while doing it too...great service! Very impressed 👏

Had a letter from Hendy MG today saying that they were no longer dealing in Mg’s as of 30th April.Had taken out a 2year service plan 1st service this year.It was an eMac policy but non transferable to another dealership so had to cancel. Rang eMac Jason was very helpful in cancelling the plan and telling me I would get a full refund.Hopefully the new dealership have an eMac service plan.

I realised that my service plan from my previous car was still active and therefore money still going out of my account alongside the current service plan payment.
I called EMAC to inform them of what was happening and requested a refund of the amount I had been charged.
The call handler I spoke to was polite, professional and very helpful.
The issue was sorted in no time.

Paid easily by direct debit then got reminders to book my service. Rand eMac as direct debit stopped but I had fully paid my plan and had one service left which they advised me to book
