Ashford Stephen Eagell for the third year running mess up my audio system.
As well as not advising the hybrid battery failed on each service!
They don’t reply to emails or phone calls.
Staff change every time I’ve been there

Biggest con company going

Biggest con company going, paid in over £3,000 and the first time we try and claim on it cause our car broke down they refused to pay out, making up the excuse that's it's our fault the car broke because we didn't get it serviced.HOWEVER the part in the car that broke was buried deep in the engine and WASN'T a serviceable part. We have spoken to a solicitor and taken it to the ombudsman, avoid these jokers at all cost.

I rang to cancel the service policy

I rang to cancel the service policy, as I had changed my car with the Mazda dealership, Jason gave excellent service and explained the cancellation process clearly to me. I’m very happy with the service he provided and the courteous way it was handled. Thank you.

Cancellation

Just a quick phone call the guy was very helpful cancelled my policy and issued a refund which I received 3 days later . Impressed with his service

This company and warranty are a scam…

This company and warranty are a scam beware when sold the warranty was sold everything mechanical is covered however took my car to the Mercedes dealers to be told the EGR valve needed replacing which was 830 pounds to repair EMAC declined to pay for this saying this is not covered . My niece also took out this warranty and was told the same thing when she had a mechanical issue with her car. I would like to know what is covered. Called the company to be told they understood my frustration will be cancelling the warranty please be aware

Pathetic service

Pathetic service, where I needed to cancel my 3 year service contract due to ill health and now unable to drive the new toyota that I purchased only 12 months ago.
When I contacted Emac to cancel the contract I was informed that there were cancellation charges, totalling 122 pounds, which included 66 pounds for roadside assistance, which I had been informed was free of charge for 3 years this when I bought the new car last year.
I disputed this but Emac will not accept this which is unacceptable as Toyota were las year and currently giving people 3 years free roadside assistane for the same car as what I bought last year.

Called up to cancel my service plan as…

Called up to cancel my service plan as advised by my local Drive dealership, due to them not being able to see my service plan on the website! So they set up a new plan at a higher rate each month! I could have just gone ahead and done this via email, but decided I wanted to speak to someone first, I got through to Matt, who after explaining my dilemma to him, he told me I didn’t need to cancel and set up a new plan and he called the dealership on my behalf to explain this. All they needed to do was confirm via email to EMac that I have change dealership. All is sorted with one phone call and no extra cost to myself. Thank you Matt for your time and your great customer service.

Decided to trade in my BMW for a…

Decided to trade in my BMW for a different make. I had emac service plan for my old car which couldn't be transferred to the new one as it was a different make.
I rang emac and they advised I would get a refund which I'd get on a couple of days.
No fuss, no messing about, just straight to the point service which was sorted in minutes. Thank you to Jason at Emac

Good company

As I had changed my car I wanted to close my previous Service plan. I rang up and asked could the outstanding balance be refunded to me, I was told this could take up to 28 days but actually happened in 2 days. I also wanted a statement of account and this was provided separately but on the same date that I requested it. From my dealings with EMaC I’ve had a good experience so far.

I initially had issues with this…

I initially had issues with this company as I was being sent around in circles getting nowhere which became very frustrating, but once being put through to Holly, everything became 10 times easier and all matters were resolved very quickly
