Pleasantly surprised.
I had a service plan that I had purchased through MG York coming up 4 years ago. While I was trying to book my car in for its last service of the 4 year plan I was astounded to find out that the MG garage was no longer a MG garage and were not able to honour the service plan.
I was told it was done through EMaC and was expecting to have a right battle on my hands and be left out of pocket and not able to afford to get my car serviced.
The lady I spoke to was super helpful and made the stressful situation much better. Being able to understand her too was refreshing!
I told her I was unable to travel 60miles to go to a specific dealer that would honour the service plan and therefore wanted to cancel my policy.
I got no arguments or excuses to stop me cancelling and it was promptly dealt with and apologies given (even though it wasn’t their fault) she even phoned the ex MG garage to tell them that I was cancelling my policy.
All in all very pleased with the service.

I had a eMac service plan with Nissan Desira , due to my ongoing health problems and not driving much I decided to cancel the plan and it was dealt with efficiently and In a very appropriate and respectful manner

Helpful efficient staff
I telephoned today regarding my enquiry regarding direct debit payments and spoke to Jack who was really helpful, polite and efficient. He dealt with my situation and explained the process and had no problem repeating certain matters so I fully understood. Thanks Jack, EMac gave great customer service.

This is the fifth service plan
This is the fifth service plan I have had with EMAC and my dealings with them have been dealt with perfectly thanks. I recently changed vehicles and the credit transferred to the new plan was one payment short due to cross over of dates etc. I rang today to ask for the payment to be refunded which was done there and then. I didn’t catch the chaps name which is a shame as he was pleasant, polite and very helpful. A credit to your company. Many thanks.

I too have cancelled my policy
I too have cancelled my policy. Bought the the car from The Trade centre uk and a fault came on the dash..EMac has refused to pay as they say it’s ware and tare….when I bought the car the sales person told me the warranty would cover everything….any part of a car can be down to ware and tare, won’t be buying my next car from The Trade centre uk next time.

Bought cosmetic repair cover
Bought cosmetic repair cover. . Got a scratch on the lower part of my Hyundai bumper and customer services say it’s not covered even though it states my bumper is covered. Also I wanted a small scratch on my door trim to be repaired.
Once again they say it’s not covered even though. It seems to me if it’s not metal they say it’s not covered. Most modern cars have plastic bumpers and trims all over them as part of light weighting and protection. This policy is as good as a scam. Both of my issues could be repaired by simple application of paint. I am not asking for a new part or even dent removal.
DONT BUY THIS COVER. ITS A RIP OFF

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS POLICY!!!
We feel we have been missold this policy which we purchased on 10 January 2026. We applied to get a couple of chips done on an alloy wheel trim which was covered. We also sent photos of two small chips on the bonnet BUT these were rejected as they were 30cm apart!! Apparently the bonnet or boot with the exception of light scratches and stone chips are not included as per the General Exclusions of EMac. We aren't very happy and will be applying for a refund as £650 is certainly not worth paying for something you are not getting. BIG CON!!!😡
