I have a cosmetic plan for my car…
I have a cosmetic plan for my car £699.00. I needed an alloy repair for one wheel. The phone lines didn't work. 1 for customers nothing so pressed 2 for dealers and got through. All I've had so far are reference numbers. 48 hours and no date for repair. No explanation to how the system works. So I've issued an ultimatum. It's shocking customer service. I'm going to request a policy refund at Sytner Sheffield.
