Fantastic support to solve an issue
I had accidentally cancelled my DD for Motorhome service which could have caused issues with the work being completed.
Georgina at EMAC was excellent and resolved the issue quickly, including setting up the new DD to prevent future issues.

Changed car
Bit of a palaver getting through to a human, but once through I found the service I received as expected. The 4 stars are because your products are not flexible enough and don't carry over to a new car, so had to cancel previous policy, besides it might be an idea to offer a loyalty discount or other savings directly as opposed to relying on the individual dealerships to negotiate savings and discounts on your products.

Needed to cancel policy due to car change. No problem with arranging and even got a refund. Options on phone line are bit messy though but good service whe you eventually get through.

Fantastic service as usual
I totally forgot the ladies name, it might have been Caroline. I called on a Saturday morning all confused on what was happening with my plan. They managed to not only help with the issue but also fix it and help me set everything back up so I was on track again. I've used emac for 12 and a half years and will continue to use the for years to come.
