I ordered a dress from Emblem that came not sized according to US sizing. The quality of the material is cheap as well as poorly constructed. Emblem has gone back and forth with me to resolve this issue refusing to provide a means to return the dress. Emblem is unwilling to stand by their product and offer a full refund. The last offer to resolve this issue is to keep the dress and accept half the refund. I wished I read the reviews before purchasing from Emblem. I advise anyone not to do business with Emblem. The negative reviews Emblem has are warranted. I know from personal experience.

My experience with this company is similar to others on this site. I strongly recommend that customers avoid this company as they do not accurately represent their products or their policies.

The quality of my order was poor (color, material). Multiple efforts to return it were met with with "how can we help you" and other diversionary questions. I tried for a week to learn how to submit a return and never received an answer. It appears that there is no possibility of a return, despite their website assuring that there is a return policy.

I should have reviewed this company more carefully before ordering, but I thought that they were based in San Francisco. They are not. Given the amount of time it took to receive my order (3 weeks) I am guessing that they are not based in the United States. I hope that this site will be removed soon so that others avoid losing money as I did. A hard lesson learned. Be forewarned!

This company is a complete scam. I ordered a dress for my granddaughter‘s wedding and what I received is a horrible, horrible, ugly, ugly printed flower dress not even close to what I ordered and when you try to contact them, you’re not even talking to a real person, I keep getting the same response every time I ask something in an email do not order from this company. It is a complete scam and to return the dress is a nightmare. You have to send it to United Kingdom when on the website they say they’re located in San Francisco. What a joke do not order from this company. I cannot express it any more than that.

This order took extremely long to arrive and when it did, the dress looked very different from what was represented on the website. The fabric was cheap and the print was terrible. I immediately tried to return it and have been given the biggest run around...still haven't received a return code. I realize now that I should have read these reviews before purchasing. Avoid this company!

I am getting nothing but a run around trying to cancel my order and get a refund, because it was taking too long to ship and I knew I wouldn't have it on time for a special occasion. I also think they operate other websites under different names, but the sites look exactly the same. Avoid this company at all cost!

You can't return anything clothing is of poor quality..be very careful ordering from them!

Complete scam. Dress neither the size nor the material represented. Constant hoops to jump through to return, including them only having a UK return shipping location despite claims to being based in San Francisco.

Run away as fast as you can.

I have the same issue others raised. I could kick myself for ordering. NO response or acknowledgment about the fact the dress doesn't fit. They lie about their return policy. Several say you have to return to the UK. Glad I saw it. Now, I will either list on Poshmark or Thred Up or donate. I am done. Shame on me but moreso, shame on these people who claim they are good business women who care about their customers.

The dress I received was nothing like the dress they had pictures of and described on their website. I thought I was ordering a beautiful Mother of the Bride dress. Instead I got a disgusting knock off. If you want to return the dress, you have to return it to the United Kingdom!!! They are not from San Francisco. They are FALSE ADVERTISERS.

The order took way toooooo long to get to me over 11 days. I wanted to wear it for my daughter's wedding shower and it did not make it in time for me to wear it. The advertising showed it would be coming from the USA but it came from China. Maybe there is a company somewhere they use in the USA, so therefore the shipping was changed multiple time to say, your package is coming but just not here yet. I probably won't get my 50% refund because I am probably not going to use this business again.
