I ordered two dresses. They came from China even though the website gave a California address. I didn’t like the dresses. They didn’t fit like on the models. I am trying to return them. Website states they can be returned for any reason within 30 days. The company wants me to take pictures with the measurements, the size tags, and me wearing the dresses then they will let me know how to return. I just took pictures of the dresses and the tags. I’m still waiting to hear from them.

This is the TRUTH AND MY CURRENT EXPERIENCE.
I brought some dresses from the store and I know my size. I have shopped at Marshals, Macy*s and TJMax stores. I get my right size. If something is not fitting I can always return it. NEVER has any of these stores asked me to submit pictures of how the dresses or skirts or blouses fit. They NEVER asked me for pictures of my measurements to send to them. Emblem is asking me to send pictures of my measurement. I made the mistake of sending pictures of how tight the dresses are on my body. Showing up my curves. I am being ridicule by this store. I am asking for either a REFUND or send me a label to return the dresses.

Please if you are planning on buying clothes STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.

The parcel arrived neatly folded and nothing looked rushed when it was packed. You can tell a little attention was given before it was shipped out.

Just terrible, please don't use them. Product sent was cheap and not as described. Wouldn't let me return kept offering some discounts. Finally after I involved credit card company then agreed to a return but I would pay return for with "unknown tariff fees" and large restock fee. Scam company.

I was sent the wrong merchandise and incorrect size. They have not returned my email requests for reimbursement or if they would send the correct item.

I ordered two different styles because I couldn't decide between them. Surprisingly both suited me for different occasions, so I ended up keeping each one. That almost never happens when I shop online.

They are scammers. They do not follow their refund policy. I've been trying to return a dress and I have three dresses, I ordered over a month (which I have not seen) and now they are acting like I didn't place an order. I sent copies of my order to them and still nothing. I reported them to my credit card company. Do Not Order from them!

Order went smooth. Waiting for delivery of my items and hoping everything is as beautiful as it looks online.

I'm bitterly frustrated with this company. I ordered 4 dresses for a wedding I will be attending. They took several weeks to arrive and then none of the four dresses worked for what I wanted - all due to style, color, fabric and fit.

Their website says they offer returns and/or exchanges. I want to return for a REFUND, as I don't like their offerings. I've had numerous emails (6 so far) requesting an address to return to and my money back. Note: since they do NOT have a phone number. They keep insisting on an EXCHANGE, which I don't want in any way! They have essentially stolen over $300 of my money and refuse to refund my purchase. Stay far away from this company!

The item was not what was in the photo on the site. It was way too small and cheap material and when I asked to return the item they took forever to get back to me then offered a 15% on the order instead of sending back. Then when I said no I wanted to return they sent me a form to fill out and the return address was United Kingdom which would cost $35 to ship. Not worth returning. They wanted photos of the item, photo of the tracking info and label. Absolutely ridiculous. They are defiantly not in the US and not in San Fransisco as advertised. Do not be scammed by this company. If in the US why do returns need to go to the United Kingdom. Not even worth one star.

Perfection!! Ok I have now received the dress and it is perfect!!!! The first is spot on. The material is rich looking. Looks just like what I thought it would from picture and it was delivered in a couple weeks!!!! Great experience with Embelem!

The outfit looked nice and fit as expected, but I personally found the fabric to be uncomfortable, itchy, and not breathable. I requested a return the day after receiving it.
What followed was a lengthy customer service process involving numerous emails, repeated requests for photos, multiple offers of discount vouchers instead of answering my return request, and significant delays. Eventually I learned that returns must be shipped to a warehouse in the United Kingdom at the customer's expense, which would have cost me about $40 from California. I did not realize this when I purchased the item from what appeared to be a San Francisco-based company.
Throughout the process I received conflicting information from different customer service representatives, including inconsistent offers of vouchers and refunds. While customer service was polite, the experience was frustrating and much more complicated than I expected.
My advice to future buyers is to carefully read the return policy and understand where returns are actually sent before placing an order.

The material feels soft without being flimsy. I've washed it once already and it still looks just as good as when I first opened the parcel.
