Got email quick saying it’s been talking care and will notify me when being shipped.

What went wrong? Everything. I ordered a dress for a wedding. Finally got it and it did not look like it did in the picture, it did not fit at all. Way too small (I ordered XL but can usually wear a large-this was too tight to even get on). There is nowhere on their website for information about returns. I could not use the dress at all. I finally found an email and wrote back-and-forth for weeks and they would not give me an address in which to return item. They made a bunch of ridiculous offers back-and-forth and I finally settled for a 30% refund and I keep the dress which went in the pile for Goodwill because I can’t use it. And I never got the refund. I will never order from them again and you have to be careful because they disguise themselves as many different types of businesses from places in the United states but there are no physical addresses listed anywhere and the package definitely came from NOT the U.S.

The quality of the dress is nice. Light and bright, better than most of the similar dresses from other brands. The company is pretty responsive when emailing.

That you are refunding 50%. I would like to return the dress! I would hesitate ordering again it was difficult and a lot of things to do to tell you that it was simply the wrong color. I am over 80 years old and had to have grandchildren and my daughter help in this simple matter made hard!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM EMBLEM! Website states free returns, which is not true. Business address says San Francisco, but when returning items you have to return to the United Kingdom, which is very costly! Quality of clothing is very cheap, even the same item came in two different shades of blue. Horrible company!

The internet photos show a beautiful dress. That is not what arrived 3 weeks after ordering. Once I let them know I want to return they kept offering discounts for future items rather than go through the process of the return of the product. Once finally they realized I wont do that, they sent a retrun sheet to fill out, stated that it must arrive by a certain time and I pay shipping. Then rather than San Francisco which they say the company is from, it is to be sent to the UK. The cost of shipping is so high and would take too long to make their deadline. I suggest you don't deal with this company.

The price for the product that is offered on Emblem is worth it. I’ve ordered many dresses in the past from other sites and it was hit and miss. My only complaint is that it took a while to receive what I ordered but after reaching out to customer service, my dress showed up the next day.

So I finally got the address to ship the dress back so I can get a full refund but they want me to put insurance on it and they want me to pay for shipping cost so that can cost anywhere from $28-$48 now why would I do that? This is what they’re hoping for so I’m gonna get 40% back instead because this is a waste of my time and I just will never deal with them again. I swear I will blast them. Every chance I get on social media. They are pathetic. Don’t fall for their return in 30 days a full refund because they’re liars and this is not even my fault and you want me to pay for shipping. They’re showing a dress online, It doesn’t even match the address that I got so I gotta pay for that because they are lying and scamming. I’m so over this. This has caused me nothing but stress for the last 30 days.

Looking at the lineup of their clothes was pure pleasure. They are all beautiful.

If I could give Emblemboutique zero stars, I would. They are a scam operation. I placed two orders. Both items came, completely different than they appeared on the website -- different color, material and of clearly poor quality.

I have been trying for 10 days, with daily emails, to find out how to return the items. The response I get each time is, "We're so sorry, you matter to us, blah-blah-blah...please send us photos so that we can see what the problem is...." I have done that, and told them of the issues with the clothing, and I get the exact same canned response to each of my emails. Delay tactics.

They never send you instructions for returning the items. I have told them I am contacting a lawyer and am going to post everywhere on social media that they are FAKE and just take customers' money. It doesn't seem to matter to them.

STAY AWAY, consumers! This is a shoddy, scam operation!

This web site is mysterious, fake adresses no phones no customer service only emails with unuseful answers. Bought a dress a month ago Ive been told its on the way and got tracking number that is not working the provided delivery company says that they didn’t receive the package. They don’t want to refund, if you make little search about this site it says that it is a scam i doubt about those bunch of 5 stars reviews made in the same day. Need my refund ASAP

Easy ordering process, great variety of apparel, reasonable prices

I loved the measurements in the description under each dress.
Most companies use general sizing, but Emblem Boutique posts specific measurements for each size making it easy to order a perfect fit.

Will be able to wear at different event but not what I had hoped as MOTG dress. Would love to see reinforcements in sleeves so it doesn’t rise with every movement.

Haven’t received my order yet, so why are you asking for feedback??

I received my order in a timely manner. The fit was perfect, the fabric was very comfortable and I love the color. It will be perfect for my upcoming travel.
