Very friendly customer service with good communication on when my order would arrive. I do think that they could improve on their return policy.

My Emblem dress was a nice look, but the size was slightly smaller than expected.
Their responses have been very good and delivery was also timely.

I live in the US they wanted me to return it to London. Not worth doing. Quality was terrible. Eventually, they gave me back 25% of my money and told me to keep the dress would not refund me in full. Stay away from this company.

Easy, quick, and tons of options!

The fit of the items ordered was prefect following the sizing chart. The knit fabric is very heavy and not thin. I was surprised they came with an under slip, considering the low price.

I ordered this dress for a wedding. It arrived fast and was great. But not a perfect fit for the wedding. I contacted the company and was able to get a refund. They were great to work with!

It takes a long time for the order to be delivered. The dress is very nice, but it is too tight in the under arm area on both sides of the dress.

I think all of us worry that what we order looks great in print but might not be as represented. In preparing to attend a wedding, I’ve ordered several items; everything was sized well, arrived quickly and was exactly what I wanted; nice colors, fitted and sized well.

Make sure you order early before you need the dress. I love the dress. To get the full effect as in the picture you must be well endowed at the top. This style dress is found on many websites

I ordered a sunflower funeral stand for a dear friend, who's son had past and I couldn't be there.
She was over the moon happy with the Arrangement.
She sent me a Picture and they were beautiful!

I requested a full refund and the link to start and have not received it. Around the 15th of July - I do not know the exact date. You should have the delivery date on file.

I ordered a dress that ran a little small. When I contacted them they offered a good discount and let me keep the dress😁

It would be zero stars so far.
Took more than 3 weeks for first item ordered to arrive and second still not arrived coming up for 1 month.
Cheap quality dress arrived, no tags, labels or usual washing instructions...screwed up in a plastic bag. Refund is currently being 'delayed' by questions and me sending photos. They seem to be choosing not to understand English as they are offering me a different size and wanting to charge $17 plus dollars for shipping when I told them quality was the issue.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ...they quote: 'If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.' although main website says 60 days!

Beautiful options. Very easy to order. I found the perfect dresses for the occasions.

I placed an order and for a bit of time I was getting status updates until they stopped. Now the tracking number mysteriously disappeared. No record of my order. Sent email after email about it. Crickets.
