The product is good but if you can reduce the sweetness of banana flavour or I would say on each flavour would taste better. Its too sweet and sometimes hard to finish.

Unable to provide details on an ingredient - allergen concern
Saw a product of interest, however had a question asking for specific information on a particular ingredient. The product ingredient lists "vegetable oil", but often vegetable oil is generic term used, rather then outlining the actual oil used so I asked for details on which actual oil types used. Emrald Labs was unable to provide any further information. Disappointing given sometimes the oil can contain an allergen which all manufacturers should be noted on their products.
In response to Emrald Labs reply to my review today - I am most disappointed as the actual original reply I received from Emrald Labs email was the complete opposite:
"Unfortunately, we do not have access to the exact details about the specific oil used, as this information is controlled by the manufacturer and is not something we have on hand. We understand how important this information may be for you, and we’re sorry we couldn’t offer a more precise answer"

I heard about this little company a few years ago while I was a personal trainer and decided to give them a try.. I was sick of the big brands releasing trash and selling it for a fortune...
I fell in love with not only the high end products but also with the culture surrounding the brand!!

Great quality products
Great quality, great tasting products and great customer service.
I bought the cookies and cream whey protein along with the creaming soda pre work out and both products are unreal. Love the taste of both products and I’m really happy with how I feel after taking both of them before or after my workouts.
Had a small problem with delivery but after a quick convocation everything was sorted out with ease.
Look forward to making more purchases through emerald labs.

Sends illegal spam. Never gave permission to receive marketing emails, yet they are sending me promotional emails. This is breaking the law under the Spam Act 2003, not gaining express consent.
Sick of illegal and dodgy marketing practices like this.
UPDATE: the company responded here to say that they "implemented measures to ensure it won't happen again" - I just tested the site and they are still illegally collecting emails and sending spam.

Great Australian company and prducts
I only write reviews when I am blown away with a company/product, and Emrald Labs have done that.
I have been using their Protein (Vanilla Creme) every day for months, have recently started their Creatine and have 3 other products in the mail.
I love using the protein as a sweetener from coffee to baking, aswell as smoothie/shakes.
The creatine has 0 taste and is so fine, and I haven't had a single issue while in the loading phase.
What make me write this review was that I messaged the company about the products use together. Ruby messaged back quickly, they were very informative and caring.
