I should have read the reviews before. It’s a scam drop shipping company that sell inferior products at an extreme overpriced rate. I got fooled because I saw some reviews on some sites that were also fake. The fitness band I bought it’s basically 3 times cheaper on amazon. Also they send directly from china not UK. The support and policy are a complete scam also; don’t reply or respond super late and keep delaying. I wish there would be a way to report this.

This is a scam company. Do not buy from them. Any positive reviews they have are fake. Check the website carefully, it is not a legitimate company.
**EDIT** I did manage to get a refund as I managed to intercept the courier and return to sender. However they REALLY REALLY did not want to refund me. They initially said no, I couldn't be refunded as the product was great and had been dispatched quickly (??), then they said I could return it but it would have to be sent back to Germany (but still failed to supply an address). I literally bombarded them with emails for days and reported them to trading standards. I would recommend reporting this company to trading standards and attempting to get your money back via the bank.

I was looking for trackers and was directed to this site by Techlidor. Cost of 4 trackers £79.99 although techlidor indicated £29.99.
Naively believing l might be buying a high quality product l bought them.
Good points. Easy transaction. Good automated email communication advising of delivery etc. product took 10 days to arrive so l believe imported. Product well packaged and appear to work.
Negative points. Product you will receive is Loshall tracker which can be purchased for half the price elsewhere. No where on their site is the make of the product given hence you cannot compare prices. Probably a trading standards issue. I won't buy from them again. Sneaky marketing. It also casts a bit of doubt about the credibility of Techlidor. Live and learn. Let's see how long they last.

Trying to get a refund and return a smart ring due to poor quality product, colouring not like photos on website, discomfort when wearing it and plastic feel.

They do not want to refund me. No way to do refund and return on their website.

If there was a zero this company would get it. I have a trail of 15 emails requesting a return and refund for a tracker that doesn't work. They are a scam. I so wish I had checked trustpilot before buying from this scam company

Have purchased a tracker which never connected to my phone.
The support by mail has been unable to solve the issue, despite a few videos sent and many attempts with various reset process. The has now lasted over 10 days with no results...

honestly i didn't expect much but this neck massager is great. the heat mode feels super nice on sore muscles and it hits the tight spots perfectly. just what i needed for the tension.

DO NOT BUY FROM ENVIOX, reached out to return the ring 6 times for a full refund and they have completely blanked me!! SHOCKING COMPANY!!!

The wireless charging on this smart ring is clutch. I just drop it on the pad when I get home.

I purchased Bluetooth hearing aids which are unsuitable the aid is big and bulky and doesnt fit properly in my ears , I have emailed the company several times for an address to send back the aids but iam now being ignored , This company is ripping people off by taking money and not providing a high quality item the sound quality is absolutely shocking , I wish I had read the reviews first .

Product not working properly emailed company to request a return and they are very reluctant and are now ignoring my message. Their 14 day guarantee is a false statement as they do not stick to their own policies. Do not purchase from this company. Maggie has been a poor help.

Scam - beware in the build up to Christmas

Fake website Techlidar.org came up on a Google search. Search Techlidar.org Enviox and you’ll realise it’s a fake website directing you to Enviox.

Hope you spend the money on something nice instead. I’m out £139 for a knock off pile of $h1te.

Ring does not work at all. Customer service non existent. Waiting for the information I need to get a refund and return and they want me to spend days testing the ring including pictures 3 times a day which is not my job to do as a disappointed customer.

Strap arrived late, and is poor Quality. The 14 day return policy is a joke. Someone called Maggie responded and when you ask for the return details she will not reply.

This is a scam site that advertising products which do not exist. It is promoted by Techlidar.com which is also a scam site.

The website all looks legitimate but don't be fooled. Enviox products do not exist, instead they send inferior products that can be bought for a third of the price elsewhere.

They took my money for 'Enviox' trackers at £80, but sent 'Loshall' trackers that could have been bought for £30 elsewhere. No communication from the company after that. £60 out of pocket but my fault for not checking TrustPilot first.

So avoid this site !

14 day return policy is a joke.

Bought a fitness tracker from Enviox. They advertise a 14 day refund guarantee. Don't provide any address, let alone return address. When contacted them, they are doing all they can to not provide an address and just delaying, trying to stop us getting refund. They did send the device as advertised, but you'll never get money back if you want to send it back. Don't trust the refund policy or refund guarantee at all, it's nonsense.
