Terrible company. You will pay hundreds of pounds to - not get through to their office (if you do get through, you get through to downright rude staff), wait days for replies to emails and by the sounds of other people's experiences you can wait weeks on end for results. Oh and they'll charge you full price to resit exams should you fail. Shoddy company, I am completely bemused as to why Universities allow poor people to use them. It's a highly unpleasant experience. It's also interesting how after negative reviews are written, 5* star reviews suddenly appear in the days after..... Do not give them your hard earned money. Go elsewhere and experience true customer service and support. Beware of this company.

Excellent company sat my two exams on the 29th January and got my results within two days.
From the start all the staff were very helpful and polite
and gave me all the information that I needed.

I would like to give feedback with regards Equivalencytesting.com and of the people who organise and run the company.
I would like to state I have sat both a Biology exam and a Higher paper Maths exam with equivalencytesting.com
First and foremost, this company was highly recommended to me from a teacher training programme - which means their standard, professionalism and reputation is of an exceptionally high standard.
Secondly, the organisers who I had been liaising with were not only knowledgeable and professional, but they were also extremely warm and friendly, with a calm and welcoming approach (which is much needed when exam pressures can make one be very tense and nervous)
I have NEVER experienced any form of rudeness, negativity or inefficiency from this company. I strongly feel that any student who claims to have had such a bad experience has clearly fabricated this to disrespects the good work this company does.
I HIGHLY recommend this company to anybody who needs a qualification. You have my word, you will not be disappointed...this company is truly amazing.

I have just taken my English equivalency test with this company. The exam was well organised and fairly administered. After my initial problems with email communication with the company(my fault as I seemed to be enquiring through the wrong channels) I found the company extremely helpful and cooperative. They made a point to make a phone call to me in this busy time to explain how everything works with the exams and courses. The customer service representative was polite and made sure I could contact the company easily in future. I will definitely being using them again for my maths equivalency testing and definitely recommend them to others.

I have had the worst experience imaginable with this company. I was told by my university that I need to write a Science equivalency test within 3 months through this company. From the onset they did not reply to my emails or rarely answered the phone. I tried to reach them for 4 days in a row - when I eventually spoke to the lady who answered (I’ll refer to her as A), she said it's my emails that are not reaching them - she was so rude and unhelpful that she had me in tears on two different phone-calls! Dealing with her felt like talking to a brick wall. I was sure the problem wasn't delivery issues with my email because I sent my mail from different addresses to make sure, and cc'd a friend to make sure it gets delivered. They could not give me any recommended textbooks to help me prepare, I was kind of forced to do their course just to get the right study notes. I paid £370 for their course, for which you receive their own notes and 12 homework assignments. I sent my assignments and did not get any response - I tried following up by email and phone for weeks, but no answer and no reply. I eventually sent a mail and said this is unacceptable as I paid for a service and I have a limited timeframe, to which I received a call from A who told me off and was so rude and made zero excuses for not responding to me, instead she attacked me, how dare I send an email where I make any demands! - is this their tactic when they cannot serve their customers, be rude and chase them away? I had no choice but to deal with them as I needed to pass this exam to continue with my degree. Arranging to do the exam was also a pain as they were still not responding to my mails (if they replied to every 5th email I was lucky), and every time I phoned, IF they answered, A abruptly passed the phone to someone else. After my exam I needed to confirm that they have received my fast track request but A refused to help me and put the phone down in my ear. This is the most unhelpful, rude, inefficient company I have ever had to deal with. I will give this feedback to my university as well, hopefully they will give future students more than one option of companies to do this equivalency test. I would ask for a refund of the amount that I overpaid for the fast track of my results (I did not get any response to my mail asking what the amount is), but the idea of dealing with them is just not worth it. I sincerely hope my phone-calls were recorded so that they can listen to it if they receive this review.
