My old NHS crutch broke irreparably. My new replacement, much better than the original as it is lighter but still strong, arrived the next day. the new crutch is colourful and easier to clean.

Terrible customer service experience.
I purchased a hoist and from the start there have been issues — the controls don’t work properly and the wrong battery was sent.
I contacted Karen from customer service on 27th March and she assured me she would sort the issue out. It has now been over a month and I still haven’t heard anything back from her.
Since then, I’ve emailed customer support multiple times with no response. I also phoned over a week ago and was told the issue would be passed on, but again nothing was done.
I phoned again yesterday, left a message, and emailed once more — still no reply. I called again today and once again there was no response.
Completely unacceptable level of communication and after-sales support. Very disappointed.

My previous supplier might have been cheaper but they ran out of stock a while ago and still had none, so were not an option. A bird in the hand .... etc., and their prices could be higher when back in stock anyway. We will see and order accordingly.

Shocking customer service
This company is a joke, their customer service is nonexistent. They don’t answer emails (I was told they have a lot to get through which is unsurprising if my experience is anything to go by) or reply to Watts-apps and fail to get back to you as promised if, and when, they eventually answer the phone. Placed an order which stated delivery within 3-5 working days, no one seemed to have a clue as to why it had still not been dispatched 8 days later, even though they said it was in stock. Worse still is the attitude of the customer care staff on the phones who clearly aren’t bothered about losing custom. I eventually gave up and asked for a refund, I await with bated breath to see if that arrives. I have now ordered the same product from eBay knowing I have their buyers guarantee. Was my first experience of using this company, needless to say it will also be my last!
