Pick up date was missed

Pick up date was missed. ATL “Authority to Leave” was given on delivery and I was still charge a missed delivery fee. Now waiting on a pending dispute for a refund.

Pleased to say FAST have now actioned the refund.

I paid a premium price for overnight…

I paid a premium price for overnight delivery on Wednesday 21st. By 2pm it had not been collected, a representative said there had been technical difficulties in the morning but it would be collected before 5pm. It was not collected that day or the following day Thursday the 22nd. I called TNT at 5pm on the 22nd, who escalated the matter, it was collected at 10am on Friday the 23rd and delivered on Tuesday 27th (Monday was a Public Holiday). Very poor service, I had to instigate all communication and have not been offered an apology or refund.

As outlined in our Terms & Conditions (Clause 20c), delivery dates and times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The carrier you selected (TNT) is responsible for the pickup, delivery, and communication during transit.
That said, we'd like to investigate what happened with your booking. Please email your booking reference to hello@fastcourier.com.au so we can review this with TNT and determine an appropriate resolution.

I would never recommend this company

I would never recommend this fraudulent misleading company making additional money by hiding important information in their small print of T&C
I ordered an item to be picked up from Melbourne and be delivered to Alstonville. They asked for a pallet and then charged me and additional 261.36 for the pallet without notifying me of the additional cost - then deducted it from my credit card without consultation
I am still very upset as they hide behind the small print on page 8 of their T&C

When you booked this service, you agreed to our Terms & Conditions, which state that customers are responsible for providing accurate details about their shipment, including packaging requirements. Our T&Cs (Clause 13) clearly state that additional charges may apply if the actual service requirements differ from what was initially booked.
Pallet charges are applied when carriers determine that palletized freight services are required based on the actual shipment specifications. These charges are standard across the freight industry and are disclosed in our Terms & Conditions.
If you believe this charge was applied in error, please email your booking reference and supporting evidence (photos of the shipment, original booking details, carrier documentation) to hello@fastcourier.com.au. We'll review your case and investigate with the carrier.

I paid for express postage

I paid for express postage. The package was not listed for collection with contractor at all and when I chased it was told it had only been booked as standard delivery. No phone no. to ring for issues, and when I emailed requesting a call I did not get a call.

Fantastic from start to delivery

From start to delivery, the process was easy and quick. Our parcel was delivered within 8 days from Western Australia to Victoria. We were really impressed.

Stay away from this company

I would stay away from this company, and I wish I had read their reviews before booking and paying for a service I have not received. Two days later, the parcel is still not collected! No number to call, and they don't respond to emails....

I am DISGUSTED in this company!!

I am DISGUSTED in this company!!

I had 2 seperate shipments send through this company and although measured accordingly they have taken it upon themselves to charge me an extra $500 AFTER the shipment had been delivered to the receiver claiming the package was "oversize and over weight".

I have evidence to prove that this is NOT the case and have correct measurements pictured.

They have taken $500 out of my account quoting their "auto-pay" policy - DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS leaving my family without.

I will be furthering this as far as I can take it as shamefully you are unable to leave a google review!

STAY AWAY FROM FAST COURIER!!!!!!!!!!!
