Terrible company! All computer generated responses - blamed TNT for everything!! 1 day turned into 4 days…then they hide behind their terms and conditions. I have evidence of their scam yet they refuse to answer my questions. I am a contact lawyer and advise to go direct to the companies like TNT they have been great as they have a reputation to keep unlike this shoddy company

If I could give a zero I would I had two consignments with this company and it will be the last First Delivery was damaged and took ages to pay for the claim . Then the second was delivered without damage but then they sent me an adjusted invoice for the wrong size ( but they were exactly the same measurements and weight ) avoid at all costs

I paid $191 for a courier that said delivery in 1 business day. As it was urgent I decided to pay this very high price. It was eventually delivered 3 days later. I complained and was directed to their standard terms and conditions and also Blaimed TNT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

giving 1 star because this is the only option. used them a few times, each time collection was delayed. no tel no to call them. On Monday, I booked for Tue pickup. it was not picked up. when I sent an email, I received an email overnight saying there was no one when tried. this was 100% in correct. and the thing is they did not say they will try to pick up but they refunded my money. shocking experience.

If I could give less stars I would, DO NOT USE FAST COURIERS!
I booked in a courier using Fast couriers, measured and weighed the box, took clear photos as they recommend of dimensions to ensure it was correct. To be fair the initial shipment went smoothly it was picked up on time and arrived within the outlined timeframe.
The issue's started over a week after the shipment had arrived at the destination. Fastcouriers without warning or communication decided to deduct almost the same amount as the initial shipment cost in an "Adjustment cost". After contacting their "support" (if you can call it that) to raise a dispute on the charge and providing the evidence that it was a false claim I was told it could take up to 10 days to resolve, 12 days later still no refund and they are radio silent and have stopped replying to emails.
I have now been forced to dispute the transaction through my bank as a fraudulent transaction as fast couriers is not acting in good faith and refuse to resolve this issue.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU, THEY WILL FALSELY CHARGE YOU ADDITIONAL FEES, THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO YOUR SUPPORT REQUESTS, TERRIBLE COMPANY.
**EDIT AFTER FAST COURIERS REPLIED BELOW** I have already provided the evidence to your team, you say you want to help resolve the issue but you do not reply to emails. Lies after lies DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Abysmal. Avoid. Advertised a 4-day service to Darwin from Brisbane (which doesn't exist). Asked for item to be returned on a service I'd prebooked as it was delivered a week late. 2 months later and the items are still in Darwin. No Telephone line to call. The logistics companies they use (Allied Express) don't care as they just refer you back to FastCouriers. Please do not use this company.

I trusted Fast Courier to deliver my fridge directly to my apartment unit (as I clearly entered my unit number as the delivery address). I paid nearly $600 upfront, and without my authorisation they later deducted another $100+ automatically from my account.
Instead of delivering to my unit as agreed, their partner (Northline) repeatedly tried to dump my fridge on a giant pallet at the curbside or loading dock. The driver was extremely rude, aggressive, and simply left without delivering – even when I had organised a proper trolley rated for the fridge weight and building manager was present to assist.
I lodged a complaint with Fast Courier customer service. They apologised, promised resolution within 24 hours, and said they would arrange a new delivery with a different driver. Instead, the exact same driver was sent again! Later, their customer service completely contradicted themselves, saying “it’s not our problem” and suggested I collect the fridge myself from the depot.
It has now been over a week, I still don’t have my fridge, and all I’ve received is contradictory emails, broken promises, stress, and zero accountability. This company is absolutely disgraceful – they take your money but do not provide the service advertised.
⚠️ Do NOT trust Fast Courier. They accept the job and payment, but then push it onto their partner who refuses to deliver to your door, even when your address clearly specifies a unit delivery.

Don't use them, terrible to deal with!
I sent 4 packages for a product launch from Brisbane to Melbourne. They estimated delivery Wednesday morning, the event was Thursday night. The package didn't arrive until Friday afternoon.
Destroyed our event.
There is no phone number to contact and emergency details.
Not only was I not offered any compensation for the late delivery, they then charged me again for returning the package to Brisbane.
PS. Nice of you to apologise, but maybe at least not charge me the return fee to try and make amends. Your staff are very quick to send a Letter of Demand and show me the terms & conditions that look to obviscate any responsibility. Do better!
