I trusted Fast Courier to deliver my…
I trusted Fast Courier to deliver my fridge directly to my apartment unit (as I clearly entered my unit number as the delivery address). I paid nearly $600 upfront, and without my authorisation they later deducted another $100+ automatically from my account.
Instead of delivering to my unit as agreed, their partner (Northline) repeatedly tried to dump my fridge on a giant pallet at the curbside or loading dock. The driver was extremely rude, aggressive, and simply left without delivering – even when I had organised a proper trolley rated for the fridge weight and building manager was present to assist.
I lodged a complaint with Fast Courier customer service. They apologised, promised resolution within 24 hours, and said they would arrange a new delivery with a different driver. Instead, the exact same driver was sent again! Later, their customer service completely contradicted themselves, saying “it’s not our problem” and suggested I collect the fridge myself from the depot.
It has now been over a week, I still don’t have my fridge, and all I’ve received is contradictory emails, broken promises, stress, and zero accountability. This company is absolutely disgraceful – they take your money but do not provide the service advertised.
⚠️ Do NOT trust Fast Courier. They accept the job and payment, but then push it onto their partner who refuses to deliver to your door, even when your address clearly specifies a unit delivery.

Don't use them, terrible to deal with!
I sent 4 packages for a product launch from Brisbane to Melbourne. They estimated delivery Wednesday morning, the event was Thursday night. The package didn't arrive until Friday afternoon.
Destroyed our event.
There is no phone number to contact and emergency details.
Not only was I not offered any compensation for the late delivery, they then charged me again for returning the package to Brisbane.
PS. Nice of you to apologise, but maybe at least not charge me the return fee to try and make amends. Your staff are very quick to send a Letter of Demand and show me the terms & conditions that look to obviscate any responsibility. Do better!

Terrible service
Terrible service. Did not pick up the parcel for a whole week. We had to chase every day and place a second order. Would never use again

The whole experience from seeing up my account to comparing courier options to paying cut my selected service thru to the actual collection and drop off was excellent!

No call, no show.
Booked a courier to collect from my house, the window was 9-5 which is pretty wide, but it is what it is. First day passes with no show, I call the courier, they don't care, can't tell me if the courier will pick up. The next day is the same thing, no show, no call. By the third day I took the package myself into the depot and handed it to them, two days out of work waiting for a pickup that never came with no communication from the company.

The package was picked up on the same day of booking from Sydney and was delivered the very next day in Victoria. Great service.

Don't use this company!
Don't use this company. Like others I had a horrible experience. I used Hunter Express via Fast Courier.
These are the issues I had:
1. They don't show up on the day they say they will.
2. They don't give you a heads up to let you know they are on their way when they do show up.
3. They only call once and if you don't answer then they leave.
4. If you don't run down in time, they leave even when they are supposed to wait for 15 minutes.
5. They charge you additional fees without your consent (i.e. tail lift) even when it is not needed. We didn't use a tail lift to put my items on the truck and for some reason they said they needed it for delivery when I wasn't there to agree even though the concierge could have helped take the package off.
I understand Fast Courier aggregates all these delivery services to get the best price but they need to do a better job with communication, unforeseen costs and overall provide a much better customer service.
It's sad that there isn't a better company that is taking care of their customers.
Stay away from Fast Courier and Hunter Express! Such a nightmare!!!

The courier service (once TNT gave them my shipment details after logging it a couple of times) were very helpful and the parcels arrived at their destination in a very timely manner. Would use them again if I ever have to send other large items.

I posted a package and fast couriers and over charged
I posted a package and fast couriers stopped my package and then proceeded to charge me $320
on top for a small package for Hazardous Goods Fee
which the package wasn't

If I could leave a ZERO I would be!!!! I booked the courier and parcel was NEVER collected, I emailed them they kindly told me they have set a new pick up date, that pick up date came and went with still NO parcel picked up! This company is an absolute joke. So my parcel sat outside for days with no collection and now I have to cancel and go through another company!!!!!!!! What a JOKE

No where on paperwork can I see drop off elsewhere

FOR YOUR OWN SANITY STAY AWAY
Like many other customers here, we were charged an incredibly high adjustment amount for tiny discrepancies in measurement, as apparently a change in volume equating to 0.021 suddenly means our package is now conveniently in a different price bracket. While we didn't have photos of every measurement being taken, we did supply the box manufacturer's specs and let them know we had used this box type multiple times before without issue. This was apparently not sufficient, and now we're out of pocket a substantial amount for something that is most likely an error from the delivery driver. Why is it our responsibility to have to provide multiple types of photographic evidence to prove our measurements, while there is no similar proof required on their end? And you better believe they take the extra money out of your account regardless of the fact you're in the middle of disputing the additional charge. To top it off, there is no contact number to speak to anyone, so you're forced to communicate via email. Horrendous company, zero ethics, would run over your cat if it meant an extra $50 in their pocket. Stay away.

Do not use this company I suspect this is how they make their money
You told me I had a extra $39 charge because your company measured my item and it was a bit bigger I asked for evidence that the item was larger than my measurements photos ectwhich you could not provide then you stole the money from my credit card without my permission it has been reported to my bank.The item arrived damaged I am waiting for photos of the damage.I contacted your company re both issues with no reply
