Absolutely terrible service. 3 days late from quoted pickup date. Took my freight, held it for 10 days then decided it couldn’t be delivered. Took my money and provided no service. Customer support is next to none.

No communication
The pick up was booked for Monday and nobody called to let me know that they wouldn't come.
I had to call and inform them and rebook another pickup.
A full day wasted, waiting!!!

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. Parcel was picked up a 1 week later from the Brisbane Airport and we needed to pay a storage fee $ 100 a day. Very disappointed and frustrated. Never again!

Order wasn't collected
Order wasn't collected and wasn't rescheduled to be collected. Booked in on the 18/06/2025, wasnt collected till 24/06/2025 only collected because I rang to check where it was.
Staff standing around waiting for this delivery, Not impressed with the service very slow

Quicker than expected and perfect condition
Great correspondence from start to finish.
Package arrived within 2 days not 5.
Package was not damaged in any way.
Very impressed as it was transported from Tasmania to Victoria.
Cost was very good too.
Will definitely use them again.

Gave the exact measurements of the box, have photos to prove this. They then invoiced and debited me and additional $221 for “wrong size” it wasn’t the wrong size
No contact number, no help. Absolutely disgusted

Not only that you guys charge me $95 extra for underweight !!!

Extremely Disappointed – Avoid if You Value Accountability
I had a terrible experience with FAST COURIER/ Couriers Please. I sent a fragile item, professionally packed and clearly labelled, yet it arrived damaged. The driver rushed the delivery, got a signature, and left — no time to inspect the parcel. When I raised a claim, I was told the damage “didn’t happen during delivery” simply because the box looked fine and a signature was collected.
Apparently, in their eyes, a signature equals perfect condition — which is absolutely ridiculous. Even after proving the item was unusable and not repairable (failing a Roadworthy Certificate), they denied the claim with no real investigation or fairness.
This company takes zero responsibility for what happens during transit and leaves their customers out of pocket. I will never use FAST COURIER/ Couriers Please again, and I suggest anyone sending valuable or fragile items look elsewhere.

It took over 2 weeks to have my consignment picked up. It is impossible to get hold of the company by phone and the customer service is terrible. I would never use them again.

While the uplift and drop off was as expected the retrospective gouging where the package was re assessed and 5x the original estimate charges for is not.
Whatever you might think you gain by doing this you lose in customers who will never deal with you again

Never again....
I sent x2 surfboards all packaged correctly, wrapped and placed in durable travel bags.
Somehow between here and Victoria my brand new board had several major fractures down both rails and a few compression dings on the under side.
After taking photos, I tried to upload onto their website to lodge a claim. Website doesn't work. I tried from phone, laptop and PC but still wont accept uploads of evidence.
I sent an email and was told its not their problem and its a case for freight safe.
Then I was told I didn't notify the company within 48 hours. Which I have all the evidence of failed attempts and email correspondence.
2 months later my case was finally closed and I received absolute bare minimum for compensation for a brand new board that looked like it had been thrown off a cliff.
This company replies very sporadically. Will definitely not be using them in the future.
