Only grip is your courier doesn’t call to say that they are on the way, they wait till they see your not home then call which is very inconvenient this needs to be fixed otherwise I’m a happy customer

No Service
The only company I have ever come across that you cannot phone. EVERYTHING is online and it was not easy to work out why things were not working. They just leave it up to ypu...no support whatsoever. Not even an online chat. SO NO SERVICE . Just work it out youself.

The best courier service
This has been a great service. I have shipped a few things to Western Australia from the East Coast & this has been the best yet. When I got the notification that it had been delivered i thought no that cant be correct. It was super quick. Im very happy & definitely can recommend them.

These guys were so efficient
These guys were so efficient! Online quote system worked well, when I made an error they were ultra efficient at helping me fix it. Delivery from Geelong to Perth only took three days. We will definitely use them again!

The pallet was picked up on 11.06.25 it…
The pallet was picked up on 11.06.25 it was definitely on the truck that night and arrived at your depot by around 5am 12.06.25. Passengers were waiting for their baggage at the airport on the 12th, but office was informing us it wasn’t there!! We knew it was! It wasn’t delivered 11.40 on the 13th!!

Missing paper work
When I first tried to get the parcel delivered the couriers would not take it because we did not have correct forms filled out either address. After much emailing and telephoning to finally get the correct forms we rescheduled the date of pick up and we received the parcel the next day after pick up

Value for money
After booking the pickup for Monday afternoon and having to rebook for the following Tuesday because the package was not collected, the delivery was made in less than 24 hours. Very pleasing service.

I have to apologise
I have to apologise. A courier delivered a parcel job code QOXXQXVDAO from MELBOURNE to PLENTY on Thursday this week. And I complained that they did not try to ring the door bell. I have since realised that the bell sound was not working in my office. They may well have rung the bell and tried to alert me that they were making a delivery. Please retract my complaint. Thank you.

Just very poor from start to finish...
Really terrible experience first time using this company - they at first didn't book the courier (an "assignment" was created but no booking so I had to contact the courier company directly (which I should have done in the first place) - secondly they then did make the booking it was for the wrong month entirely - you cannot phone them to sort anything out and their response times are extremely slow especially when it's critical - on the return of the shipment one parcel is still missing and nowhere to be seen and they aren't doing anything to manage it except pass my messages on to the courier - lastly and the cherry on top of everything I received an notification that the missing parcel was picked up and delivered yesterday to our office but it is still not here and it also says the person who signed for it but they didn't sign for anything. Incredible.

They Overcharged Me and Ignored My Evidence
I used their service to arrange a delivery with CouriersPlease. I was originally quoted $170; however, after successful delivery, I was charged an additional $120.
I immediately emailed them and opened a dispute, providing photos of the item’s measurements. Despite numerous follow-up emails (with no response), after 13 business days they informed me that the dispute was unsuccessful due to "insufficient evidence". They provided their own photos, which did not show any measurements. It’s obvious they made up the numbers just to justify the extra charge.
If that’s the case, why bother asking customers to input measurements and obtain a quote in the first place? You’re going to charge them extra regardless!
You could have sent me a notification before deducting the additional charge from my account. You could have shown a higher, more accurate quote upfront. Instead, you chose to display a ‘reasonable price’ to gain trust, only to charge more later without any notice.
What’s worse is that they can simply claim your evidence is insufficient—leaving you feeling frustrated and looking like an idiot.
I’m honestly sick of how dishonest and unfair your process has been throughout this dispute.
I don't care about the terms and conditions you hide behind. It's clear you use them as an excuse to charge customers arbitrarily. It’s disappointing and short-sighted. You may have taken my money this time, but you’ll lose customer trust in the long run.

Unauthorised billing
Multiple failed pick-ups required cancellation and rebooking. When my last item was finally picked up two weeks later I was issued with a bill for a dimension adjustment of 0.0127 m3 that was not correct... the bag had dimensions published online by retailers so the third party measurements were incorrect. I disputed this but fastcouriers.com.au billed my credit card without my authorization and I'm currently in a bank dispute wasting everyone's time just on principle. I would not recommend using this agent for third party bookings. Poor service, suspect billing practices.

PACKAGE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT BUT THE COURIER DIDNOT BOTHER TO SEND ANY PROOF, Lost and clueless
My first time with the them booked in for a pickup reference no YMKYPDAWRM, but none turned up. Literally waited most day.

After 7 days of delay they have emailed saying the package is damaged in transit. No proof of damage sent. No report about it. I can't even get the claim form completed.
Also claim form is asking for cost price invoice. Why would someone ask for cost price invoice .. sales invoice is sensible...
I have got all photos of my package. Looking to file a suit

booked through fastcourier for a shipment from nsw to perth. i was quoted 4-7 day delivery. picked up 29 march. they didn’t even send it out until 22 april. ATROCIOUS delivery time frame
