good service based on the fact we are in alice springs

Its npot easy working in alice springs when you need product from eastern australia. however fast courier did an excellent job.

Was a super fast delivery between nsw…

Was a super fast delivery between nsw and vic. Door to door.
Only issue courier arrived over an hour earlier to asked time and had to return the next day.
Plus I didn't realise I had to attach the shipping stickers so that didn't help.
No availability to contact in any gorm is a major problem as if the courier had called me it could have be sorted in 20 minutes rather than the return trip for them.
All in all exceptional delivery times. Very happy and will definitely use again

Don’t use this company

I had a booking for the Monday. Packages weren’t picked up until Friday. There was a person waiting for the pickup driver every day.
Extremely poor customer service. It took 10 business days for a 3 to 5 business day service.

Drop off was easy and simple but booking the item in to be delivered was a nightmare . Why can't you have a phone number so you can talk to someone?

If I could give 0 stars I would! You can not get in contact with customer service and the deliveries never turn up on time. Unreliable and poor service - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I booked for some five suitcases to be…

I booked for some five suitcases to be picked up from Canberra City to be dropped off in Melbourne, and after they provided me pick up date, they didn't show up on the day. I called them and they rebooked it for pick up on the next day, unfortunately again they managed to not show up.
Indeed this could be a real issue for people like me who have to be on time with sending and delivering.
I would say this is an extremely unreliable service, so the cheaper price they offer comes at the risk of you not having your items picked up or delivered. Very poor service.

This is by far the worst courier…

This is by far the worst courier company in Australia. They will not communicate with you at all. no tracking and lie about the updates.

Additional Charges for no Reason!!

Pickup and delivery was fine, however it all went wrong when shortly after completion I received an additional charge as apparently the package was not to their normal requirements. Totally incorrect and untrue. They pointed me to a little publicised condition that I needed to take photos of dimensions to fight the charge - maybe I should have trusted them to do the right thing! So now I have no choice but to simply accept the additional cost. Very unhappy - Will never use them again.

Rubbish

I am sick of their service. Booked 3 pickups in 2 weeks al delayed at least for 2 days. The last parcel was supposed to be picked up of Feb 21, but now it is 27th and not picked up yet. They gave me a tracking number from Aramex shipping company but that number cannot be found on Aramex website. there is no way to contact fast courier except an email address that they never respond. My customer wants his money back as delivery is delayed and I don't know what to do.
I don't book my parcel shipping with fastcourier anymore and you don't do too, they are rubbish.

Lost parcels, horrible communication

Lost parcels, useless customer serviceAbsolute joke of a company, only 2 of 3 parcels have arrived. Eta and actual delivery will be plus a week. Don't expect all items to be delivered. And if you want an update send an email they will get back to you in 5 business days. Will not be using this service again and will warn as many others to avoid at all cost. Then fill out a review.....for items I should of received a week ago. Still trying to find out if all parcels were even collected. NOT HAPPY!!! See copy and pasted reply below, I've emailed with zero response.
