Camera with cracked screen received, no response to emails and can’t get through on the phone! Well packed so will have shipped with a cracked screen!

Amazing cameras and accessories on offer, my order arrived very quickly and safely (extremely well-packaged) - was given the incorrect colour of camera strap (ordered green, got black) but I like the black and had an extra strap with my order anyway so it's a keeper!

Wonderful camera! Wonderful team! Absolutely five stars!! The team were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me get the right gift for my husband. So happy!!!

Order had issues, has still not arrived (over 1 week late) despite assurance it would arrive on time from customer services. Website states courier would be DHL but it wasn’t. Order tracking options do not work.

The camera I bought for a Christmas present is beautiful and it also came well packaged.
The only reason I knocked off a star in this instance is that the courier service was an absolute joke.
The camera sat all night in the pouring rain as I’d not been left a calling card saying it had been put anywhere, as I wasn’t home when it was delivered! Had it not been for the extremely well wrapped package the camera would have been useless as the rain had penetrated the plastic bag and ruined the cardboard box the item was in!
Steer clear of DX logistics!

Olympus Trip 35 faulty on arrival, red flag didn’t work. Refund didn’t include return postage costs despite my request for it to do so, as fault was supplier’s responsibility and returnable under 30 day warranty.
New leather cover on case had also been poorly done with visible glue spillage. Disappointed and out of pocket.

Disappointed. Purchased a camera case from this store costing £35.98 including postage. On arrival it was not as pictured or described on the online store. The case was clearly used and very worn internally and externally

I returned the item at my cost of £5.39 and was refunded £29.99 so all together I’m down £11.38. Will not use again

Order not fuliflled and no communication from the company. Phone number on website doesn't work, so I get the feeling that the company is a scam. Avoid.

Quick delivery with battery and case included with the camera as an unexpected extra. Camera also in mint condition and functions perfectly.

The camera arrived faulty and my email about a refund still hasn’t been answered

Avoid. I purchased my item on 05-Jun-23, and it arrived 2 days later faulty (as confirmed by two different camera technicians). I did not know this at the time. I took photos and had them processed by a developers, and 2 weeks later the images (it only captured 7 of 36) were double exposed. Turns out that the transport mechanism is broken and the light traps are completely missing. The camera was purchased for £249.99 plus film for £20 plus a battery for £6 and the work to rectify the faults is £240. I have tried to reach out to FCS on multiple occasions via email (most recently on 19-Oct-23) and phone and I've never recieved an email response and when I phoned I was told I would receive a call back, but I never did. My order number is #15044.

They send everything fine and answered everything I asked on my emails. Thanks so much 💖

The camera is nice and the service quick.
Unfortunately the camera was not as described. It came without the button at the bottom needed to rewind the film properly, and so needed to be returned. Of course my son only discovered this after he had excitedly taken pictures he had carefully chosen to photograph after several weeks.
I had to pay return postage, and then it was apparent when the film was developed there was an additional problem - the shutter wasn’t working properly. The filmcamerastore said they had fixed it after servicing it! Wasn’t the whole point of buying a camera from a retailer like this was that it would have been serviced and thoroughly checked before dispatch?
In summary nice camera - shame it had 2 major faults which cost me postage to return it, wasted money on film and developing. They did send a “free” film as compensation but a cheaper one than the one ruined, and no offer to refund postage or developing costs.
Fingers crossed it works now, yet to develop the film being used now the camera is back.
