Everything was so well organised and made easy for us to cope with mums passing.

Exceptional friendly, professional service. All the staff are a credit to the company and they treat everyone with dignity throughout difficult times. A special thank you to Danielle at Lesley Shand Corfe Mullen.

When I first met Danielle at Lesley Shands she was just so caring. She explained each step of the way and although I was devastated at the loss of my husband, she really did help and made everything that bit easier to cope with and explained everything in detail. Natalie, the receptionist has also been brilliant and also so very caring. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them and it was an absolute pleasure to pop in to see them. They were also so very reverend about everything and never rushed me when a decision had to be made. I would thoroughly recommend them.

You were so kind, so caring, so thoughtful, so competent. Everything about the location, the setting and the experience were first class.

The whole process was straightforward and easy, inspite of issues we had with the coroner, the company managed the potential delay in a very professional and compassionate way. The funeral staff were excellent on the day of the funeral and the whole service went very smoothly and perfectly fitting for our mother.

Gemma was helpful in making the process of organizing everything as painless as possible in what was a very difficult time. Would highly recommend.

It’s the 2nd time I’ve used Ives & Shand. They were very helpful and happened to have their partner funeral directors AE Joliffe & Son closer to us so my Dad could rest near us. They were lovely, and the service was too. They made it as easy as possible considering the difficult time it was. Thanks to everyone that contributed to giving my Dad a beautiful send off.

I wanted a funeral for my step Mum that was a true celebration of her life , i was able to carry out the ceremony myself , it made it personal , i was support with this with all at A E Jollife, i would totally recommend them , the Ferndown branch were amazing , even letting me do the flowers. We had an amazing photo show , music and dancing. What better way to send off a loved one.

Oliver & the team at Albert Marsh in Wareham did a fantastic job upto & including the day of dad's funeral & i felt that they truly cared throughout. We used them around 4 and 11 years ago when my grandparents sadly passed.
