Very Professional funeral for my wife
Very nice service and facilities in Ferndown. I had several meetings about my wife's funeral with Adrian and Debbie. They were very professional and supportive. The funeral was planned as a burial at Wimborne cemetery. We visited the chapel and graveyard with the Superintendant and it was a very reassuring experience. The order of Service was drafted and then reviewed and the final version was just what I wanted.
On the day they arranged and played the music which was a great help.
All in all my family were very pleased with the whole day and my wife had a smooth committal.
Thanks to Douch for everything.

Friendly, reassuring and calm
Albert Marsh from Wareham are Friendly, reassuring and calm from first meet to after the funeral.
They always answered the phone, responded to emails quickly and were welcoming and helpful if we called in too. All the staff are really kind, professional and experienced.
Everything was organised for us and it was just as we all agreed. Thank you.
