Bought the same sofa as it on the…
Bought the same sofa as it on the picture and that was the worst sofa I have ever bought... The return process is not good either... Been asked to pay £150 for return.. Not worth at all... Very hard and not comfortable at all.. This is my honest feed back guys... Do nit try and be a victim..

Customers can request to return their sofa within 14 days. As sofas are large items, a collection is required, and we need to send a two-person delivery team back out to collect the furniture safely.
The return collection charge reflects the cost of sending a two-person team, with the exact cost depending on the size/type of sofa and the distance required for the collection. We always try to keep these costs as low as possible.
We appreciate your honest feedback and are sorry that the sofa wasn’t right for you.

Brilliant service
Unproblematic process. So far, so good. Suite seems to be of good quality. Used the company's service of premium delivery (putting the new furniture together and disposing of packaging) also used the service whereby the old furniture is taken and disposed of. Delivery was spot on and within the time frame quoted. Polite delivery staff. So all in all it was a great experience, saving us so much of the inconvenience that usually comes with changing 'big' furniture. We'll done Furniture Instore and thank you.

I’m absolutely blown away by how quick…
I’m absolutely blown away by how quick my delivery was from ordering, I ordered on Monday morning and it wax delivered on Thursday morning of the same week. The guys were great at putting it in situ snd connecting the electrics. I was sceptical about ordering online but I’m very very happy with my sofa set and the price WOW what a bargain
