Had a delivery yesterday
Had a delivery yesterday, a rise & reclining with message and heat. Kept well informed about my delivery, what date it will be
delivered and time if this is suitable.
The guys phone me yesterday Tuesday 15th September, let me know that they was on there way and they will be 15/20mins away. When they arrived they ask what room i would like the furniture to be put in. They was helpful and assisted.

If I could leave a review with 0 stars, I would. We have the Aruba outdoor seating set. It came with no screws, fixtures or fittings. The customer services team would not send us. Rubbish company, rubbish customer service. Stay away.

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to receive your furniture without the required fixings, particularly when you were simply trying to get the set assembled.
We did look into how we could assist with the missing parts. However, replacement fixings are not items that we sell separately and any replacement request needs to be processed against the original order. This allows us to verify the product purchased and ensure that the correct parts are requested and supplied. As the original order details were not available, we were unfortunately unable to raise the replacement request.
We appreciate that this was not the outcome you were hoping for, and we’re genuinely sorry for the frustration caused. Our intention was never to make things difficult, but to follow the process required for replacement parts while ensuring we provide the correct components for the product. We would still be happy to assist if the original order details can be obtained.

The 2 guys who delivered arrived on time and were more than helpfu and friendly. I did have one small issue which was quickly resolved by James who was very diligent and efficent. I would buy from this company again because of their quality and customer service.

The hole 3 steater and arm chairs that I brought is rubbish. Will never buy from furniture online. The make of the furniture just falls apart and you can feel the hard backing and very uncomfortable.
