We had a problem with a chair purchased from Furniture online a few months ago. I spoke with James at the company, he was really helpful and organised a replacement straight away. He also cleared up a mix up in the delivery, we now have a replacement chair just a few days after we first contacted the company. Very good customer service and a very approachable company

I’ve had this chair for over two weeks…
I’ve had this chair for over two weeks now, thought I’d properly test it out before leaving a review. I did have an initial issue with the fact a delivery date hadn’t been provided, however after emailing furniture online, they dealt with my query quickly and professionally. I then received the chair when they said I would. The delivery guys set it up in minutes and it fitted well in the space I required it. It looks good and the reclining mechanism works well. The chair is comfortable, and although the back is quite hard it provides good lumbar support. All in all I’m happy with my purchase and would happily use furniture online again in the future and have no qualms about recommending them.

The recliner is all that it was advertised to be. Delivery was tracked and I knew exactly where my chair was on its journey. Chester Leather Electric Recliner
I've had the "Chester Leather Electric Recliner Chair with Massage and Heat" a week and loving it. I haven't tried the "Heat" setting but the "Massage" setting sends a soothing vibration up and down the body. Ordering it was simple, delivery was swift (5 days) and assembly was easy (the chair back slots in and clicks into position). Only observation is the chair requires 2 plugs ... one for the power recline and another for the Massage and Heat setting. Not an issue but just thought I would mention it. I would be happy to recommend "FurnitureOnline" because the whole Order, Deliver and Setup process was totally painless.

My fault but James sorted it out
I ordered a recliner chair from the company and then had to cancel it. I t was my fault I had to cancel it, a customer advisor called James emailed me a couple of times and then followed up with a phone call to help sort it out. very helpful ,pleasant young man. When I am sorted out I will reorder the recliner from this company.
