Brilliant customer service
I recently contacted Furniture Online customer services as the rise/recline chair I purchased had developed a fault with the mechanism after twelve months. I spoke to advisor, James, who was extremely helpful and informative. Thought our conversations he was so polite, respectful and understanding and a pleasure to talk to. Within the day he had organised a replacement of my chair including collection of the faulty chair and delivery/assembly of a new one, keeping me informed every step of the way. From ordering to delivery we were kept…
From ordering to delivery we were kept informed of every stage of delivery, which was in the allotted time.
An error occurred during the set up with wrong adapter for the electric connection and was immediately corrected when I got in contact with Furniture online.
Chairs were easily put together in a short time, and are very comfortable and easy to operate.

Good service from Liam!
I recently purchased two recliners from Furniture Online. Long story short, I wasn't satisfied with the chairs; however, due to circumstances, I had to delay the return. I contacted customer service and, for the most part, dealt with Liam and later James. Liam was very understanding and patient. He arranged a technician visit and, eventually, the return and exchange. Liam never asked for a review, and I got the impression he provided good service as standard. I felt heard and supported throughout the process. Thank you, Liam.

The team was very helpful I bought 2 sofas that had a tare in so they arranged a pick up and refund that side. Was ok . The delivery team that came to collect was so rude long story short they said they was going to phone there depo and drove of so a second team was sent and they chipped my paint work and denied it not happy good company if they change there delivery contract

Very considerate service
FOL offered a replacement chair due to a fault with the first one.
James arranged for the old one to be collected and the driver to package and label it return, as the disabled gentleman who had bought it could not manage this himself. This level of service was very much appreciated.

Althorpe Armchairs
I found Furniture Online to be really efficient and straightforward to order from. My 2 armchairs were with me within 10 days. It took me a little time to put them together as I was on my own, they were quite heavy. But I managed it and they look amazing in my living room. I had problem with one of the chairs, a small screw was sticking out on the recliner part and dug in my leg. I reported this and within the day a new one was ordered. The faulty one was taken away by the delivery drivers who brought the replacement chair. Very happy with my purchase and the customer service provided. I would definitely order from Furniture Online again.
