Used as student bills for one year
Used as student bills for one year. Overall very good experience and easy, especially with a split bill. When it came to the end of the contact, I spoke with Lily about a problem of forgetting to take meter readings. Responses took about 5-10 minutes per reply, however she was kind and very helpful. Provided a solution within the hour !

Broadband set up
Had a few issues with setting up our new broadband and called fussed and spoke to a lovely lady called Lily,
Issue was dealt with straight away, email sent within minutes for a guide on set up and issue resolved.

We picked fused for our bill sharing this year after using a different company last year and having problems with their support. The fused customer service is really great and we haven't had any problems when trying to get help. Replies are really fast and helpful.
The text based support specifically is really good. I spoke to Lily and she solved my problem very efficiently with practically no wait time at all.

Amazing company!
I used Fused Bills during my undergraduate in Brighton in my final year and now in my postgraduate (Also in Brighton).
Fused Bills customer service is top of the line Lucas White, the gentlemen over the phone is friendly, attentive and ultimatley customer oriented. They saved me money as I'm doing my post graduate with a bills cap.
In addition, if I was ever late during my undergraduate they always gave me the bias with no interest.
