Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service, Lucas had notified me and my roommates about a cashback deal that was expiring extremely soon. Explained the benefits to us if we followed through and talked us through each step ensuring we get that deal. Fused had exceptional service and Lucas just excelled that further. I spoke to Lily about my one utility…
I spoke to Lily about my one utility bill contract. She cleared up a lot of the confusion I had around whether to cancel or continue until the end of my contract (which I am ending because I am moving out of student accommodation and back in with my parents rather than for any negative reason- I would definitely use one utility in the future). She made it clear which option would save me the most money and sent a follow up email clarifying that which I was confused about. This excellent service is one of the reasons why I will continue to use one utility when I am away from home.

Amazing customer service!!!
Lucas Barker was amazing in his service this afternoon! He was fun and talkative while also providing all of the information I needed to make sure that I was getting the correct package. Issue dealt with amazingly
I had an issue that was out of the ordinary and not what Fused usually deals with however Erica and Samuel Gillespie were amazing and helped get the issue sorted straight away with no fuss! They had great customer service and were super helpful! Proper asset to the company!

Great Service
We have been with Fused Bills for one year already, who have helpfully managed our bills, included outstanding payment letters from our current property’s previous energy supplier- even though we had never signed with them. Moreover, the support of Lucas and Fin has been greatly appreciated in securing a quote for the next property we are moving to.
